IZBOR-JANDRIĆ obiteljsko je poduzeće koje kao takvo posluje već dva desetljeća, postupno povećavajući svoje kapacitete i zapošljavajući nove radnike. Poduzeće je od jedne prodavaonice mješovitom robom naraslo na 9 poslovnih objekata i dvije djelatnosti - trgovinu i ugostiteljstvo. Trenutno, najveću prepreku daljnjem razvoju predstavljaju zastarjeli poslovni procesi, a ovim projektom se cilja upravo na optimizaciju i integriranje poslovnih procesa te povećanje učinkovitosti poslovanja putem IKT rješenja. Since one shop’s stores, the company has grown to 9 establishments and two activities — trade and catering. Currently, the biggest impediments to further development are outdated business processes and this project aims specifically at optimising and integrating business processes and increasing the efficiency of business through ICT solutions. Sélection-JANDRIC est une entreprise familiale qui opère en tant que telle depuis deux décennies, augmentant progressivement ses capacités et employant de nouveaux travailleurs. L’entreprise est passée d’une épicerie à 9 installations commerciales et deux activités — le commerce et la restauration. Actuellement, le plus grand obstacle à la poursuite du développement est les processus métier dépassés, et ce projet vise précisément à optimiser et à intégrer les processus métier et à accroître l’efficacité de l’entreprise grâce à des solutions TIC. Selection-JANDRIC ist ein Familienunternehmen, das seit zwei Jahrzehnten als solches tätig ist, seine Kapazitäten schrittweise erweitert und neue Arbeitskräfte beschäftigt. Das Unternehmen ist von einem Lebensmittelgeschäft auf 9 Business-Einrichtungen und zwei Aktivitäten – Handel und Catering – gewachsen. Derzeit sind die veralteten Geschäftsprozesse das größte Hindernis für die Weiterentwicklung, und dieses Projekt zielt genau darauf ab, Geschäftsprozesse zu optimieren und zu integrieren und die Geschäftseffizienz durch IKT-Lösungen zu steigern. Selectie-JANDRIC is een familiebedrijf dat al twee decennia als zodanig actief is, dat geleidelijk zijn capaciteiten vergroot en nieuwe werknemers in dienst heeft. Het bedrijf is gegroeid van een supermarkt naar 9 zakelijke faciliteiten en twee activiteiten — handel en catering. Momenteel zijn de verouderde bedrijfsprocessen het grootste obstakel voor verdere ontwikkeling, en dit project is juist gericht op het optimaliseren en integreren van bedrijfsprocessen en het verhogen van de efficiëntie van bedrijven door middel van ICT-oplossingen.
