Projekt „Nowy zawód przepustką do rynku pracy” skierowany jest do 55 uczniów wszystkich kierunków i etapów kształcenia realizowanych w technikum zawodowym w tym nowym kierunku „technik programista” oraz 15 uczniów kierunków gastronomicznych w szkole branżowej I stopnia w roku szkolnym 2020/2021 oraz 2021/2022 kształcących się w Zespole Szkół Nr 5 w Stargardzie. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane problemy edukacyjne z zakresu teoretycznego i praktycznego przygotowania ucznia do wykonywania wybranego zawodu a jego celem głównym jest podniesienie jakości kształcenia zawodowego poprzez lepsze dostosowanie form i warunków jego prowadzenia do wymagań gospodarki i rynku pracy. W projekcie przewidziano kompleksowe wsparcie uczniów poprzez: wyposażenie pracowni tworzących naturalne warunki pracy, realizację staży uczniowskich, ponadprogramowe, zawodowe zajęcia specjalistyczne (zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem na rynku pracy) pozwalające rozszerzyć kwalifikacje zawodowe, indywidualne i grupowe doradztwo psychologiczno-zawodowe w zakresie wspomagającym orientację zawodową i dalsze wybory zawodowe oraz w zakresie kształtowania predyspozycji osobowościowych i umiejętności do pracy oczekiwanych przez pracodawców, podnoszenie kwalifikacji nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych na kursach doskonalących kwalifikacje oraz poprzez odbycie przez nich staży zawodowych, co wpłynie na dalsze dostosowanie poziomu kształcenia wszystkich uczniów do potrzeb obecnego rynku pracy, spotkania uczniów z przedstawicielami firm na zorganizowanych spotkaniach edukacyjno-zawodowych oraz spotkania w zakładach pracy, utworzenie klasy patronackiej dla zawodu technik programista. Przewidziane w projekcie działania w istotnym stopniu przyczynią się do zmniejszenia problemów zdiagnozowanych zarówno dla WZ, jak i dla placówki, co w konsekwencji doprowadzi do poprawy sytuacji absolwentów szkoły na współczesnym rynku pracy. The project “New profession as a pass to the labour market” is aimed at 55 students of all courses and stages of education carried out in the vocational technician in this new field of “programmer technician” and 15 students of catering courses at the first-graduate industry school in the school year 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 who are educated at the School Complex No. 5 in Stargard. The project responds to the diagnosed educational problems in the theoretical and practical preparation of the pupil for the profession chosen and its main objective is to improve the quality of vocational training by better aligning its forms and conditions with the requirements of the economy and the labour market. The project provides comprehensive support for students through: equipping studios creating natural working conditions, carrying out student internships, extracurricular activities (according to the needs of the labour market) allowing to expand professional qualifications, individual and group psychological and professional counselling in the field of supporting professional orientation and further career choices, in the field of shaping personality predispositions and skills for work expected by employers, improving the qualifications of vocational teachers in training courses and through their internships, this will further adapt the level of education of all students to the needs of the current labour market, meet students with representatives of companies at organised educational and professional meetings and meetings in workplaces, create a patronage class for the profession of developer technicians. The actions envisaged in the project will make a significant contribution to reducing the problems diagnosed for both the GM and the institution, which will lead to an improvement in the situation of school graduates on the modern labour market. Le projet «Nouvelle profession en tant que passe au marché du travail» s’adresse à 55 étudiants de tous les cycles de formation dispensés au technicien professionnel dans ce nouveau domaine de «technicien programmeur» et à 15 étudiants de cours de restauration dans l’école de premier cycle de l’industrie au cours de l’année scolaire 2020/2021 et 2021/2022 qui ont fait leurs études au Complexe scolaire no 5 de Stargard. Le projet répond aux problèmes d’éducation diagnostiqués dans la préparation théorique et pratique de l’élève à la profession choisie et son objectif principal est d’améliorer la qualité de la formation professionnelle en alignant mieux ses formes et conditions avec les exigences de l’économie et du marché du travail. Le projet offre un soutien complet aux étudiants par: équiper des studios de création de conditions de travail naturelles, de stages d’étudiants, d’activités extrascolaires (en fonction des besoins du marché du travail) permettant d’élargir les qualifications professionnelles, le conseil psychologique et professionnel individuel et collectif dans le domaine du soutien à l’orientation professionnelle et à la poursuite des choix de carrière, dans le domaine de l’élaboration des prédispositions de la personnalité et des compétences pour le travail attendu par les employeurs, l’amélioration des qualifications des enseignants professionnels dans les cours de formation et par le biais de leurs stages, cela permettra d’adapter davantage le niveau d’éducation de tous les étudiants aux besoins du marché du travail actuel, de rencontrer les étudiants avec des représentants d’entreprises lors de réunions et de réunions éducatives et professionnelles organisées sur le lieu de travail, de créer une classe de patronage pour la profession de technicien en développement. Les actions envisagées dans le projet contribueront de manière significative à la réduction des problèmes diagnostiqués tant pour le GM que pour l’institution, ce qui permettra d’améliorer la situation des diplômés scolaires sur le marché du travail moderne.
