Celem głównym projektu jest uzyskanie kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych w ramach zawodów deficytowych IT przez 72 uczniów (w tym: 7K, 65M) i 6 nauczycieli (w tym: 1K, 5M) Technikum Computer College oraz zdobycie praktycznego doświadczenia poprzez odbycie staży. W efekcie realizacji projektu w okresie 01.08.2020 – 30.09.2023 minimum 80% uczniów uzyska kwalifikacje IT poszukiwane na rynku pracy potwierdzone przez certyfikaty IT (58 uczniów, w tym: 6K, 52M). 100% wsparcia w ramach projektu realizowanych jest w obszarze inteligentnych specjalizacji województwa zachodniopomorskiego (kryt. prem. nr 4). Wszyscy uczniowie objęci będą doradztwem edukacyjno-zawodowym. Cel główny oraz rezultaty projektu zostaną osiągnięte poprzez realizację: 1.Indywidualnego doradztwa zawodowego dla uczniów, 2. Pozaszkolnych form kształcenia ustawicznego zakończonych egzaminami zawartych w ramach 4 ścieżek szkoleniowych: „Serwer Administrator”, „Programista gier”, „Programista Stron Internetowych” i „Programista Web po stronie serwera”, 3. Staży dla wszystkich UP, zaplanowanych do przeprowadzenia w instytucjach z otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego Publicznego Technikum Computer College (m.in. Mikroserwis, Laboratorium Komputerowe F7, ZETO, AYA). Dla nauczycieli przewidziano kursy kwalifikacyjne IT przygotowujące do wykonywania zawodu deficytowego „Programiści aplikacji” (kryt. prem. nr 1). Wszystkie kursy w projekcie zakończone będą egzaminami certyfikacyjnymi Microsoft lub/i Certiport. Wszystkie certyfikaty w ramach projektu posiadają międzynarodowy zasięg oraz reprezentują najwyższą światową jakość, a także są wysoko cenione przez pracodawców. Wskaźniki rezultatu są adekwatne dla pomiaru założonych celów. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to obtain competences and professional qualifications in IT deficit occupations by 72 students (including: 7K, 65M) and 6 teachers (including: 1K, 5M) Technikum Computer College and gain practical experience through internships. As a result of the implementation of the project in the period 01.08.2020-30.09.2023, a minimum of 80 % of students will obtain IT qualifications sought on the labour market attested by IT certificates (58 students, including: 6K, 52M). 100 % of the support under the project is implemented in the area of smart specialisation of Zachodniopomorskie voivodship (crit. prem. No 4). All students will receive educational and professional advice. The main objective and the results of the project will be achieved through the implementation of: 1. Individual career counselling for students, 2. Out-of-school forms of lifelong learning completed by examinations included in the 4 training pathways: “Server Administrator”, “Game Developer”, “Web Developer” and “Server-side Web Developer”, 3. Internships for all UPs planned to be carried out in institutions from the socio-economic environment of the Public Technikum Computer College (e.g. Microservice, Computer Laboratory F7, ZETO, AYA). Teachers are provided with IT qualification courses preparing for the profession of “Application Developers” (crit. prem. no. 1). All courses in the project will be completed with Microsoft and/or Certiport certification exams. All certificates within the project are international in scope and represent the highest global quality, as well as highly valued by employers. L’objectif principal du projet est d’obtenir des compétences et des qualifications professionnelles dans les professions déficitaires informatiques par 72 étudiants (y compris: 7K, 65M) et 6 enseignants (y compris: 1K, 5M) Technikum Computer College et acquérir une expérience pratique grâce à des stages. À la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet au cours de la période 01.08.2020-30.09.2023, un minimum de 80 % des étudiants obtiendront les qualifications informatiques recherchées sur le marché du travail attestées par des certificats informatiques (58 étudiants, dont: 6K, 52M). 100 % de l’aide au titre du projet est mise en œuvre dans le domaine de la spécialisation intelligente de la voïvodie de Zachodniopomorskie (crit. prem. no 4). Tous les étudiants recevront des conseils éducatifs et professionnels. L’objectif principal et les résultats du projet seront atteints par la mise en œuvre: 1. Conseil individuel de carrière pour les étudiants, 2. Formes extrascolaires d’apprentissage tout au long de la vie complétées par des examens inclus dans les 4 parcours de formation: «Server Administrator», «Game Developer», «Web Developer» et «Server-side Web Developer», 3. Des stages pour tous les UP prévus dans des établissements de l’environnement socio-économique du Public Technikum Computer College (p. ex. Microservice, laboratoire informatique F7, ZETO, AYA). Les enseignants reçoivent des cours de qualification informatique se préparant à la profession de «Développeurs d’applications» (crit. prém. no 1). Tous les cours du projet seront complétés par des examens de certification Microsoft et/ou Certiport. Tous les certificats dans le cadre du projet ont une portée internationale et représentent la plus haute qualité mondiale, ainsi qu’une grande valeur par les employeurs. Les indicateurs de résultat sont adéquats pour mesurer les objectifs fixés. (French)
