Wnioskodawca prowadzi obecnie Klub Malucha, który cieszy się pozytywną opinią wśród rodziców. Każdego miesiąca pojawia się coraz więcej zapytań rodziców o możliwość zostawienia dzieci do ukończeniu edukacji w placówce do lat 3 w przedszkolu. Dotychczas nie istniała taka możliwość. Przedszkole u Cioci Uli będzie nowym miejscem wśród przedszkoli działających w Drawsku Pomorskim. W ramach projektu powstanie nowa placówka - przedszkole jednoodziałowe dla 20 dzieci. W ramach projektu zostanie zakupione niezbędne wyposażenie przedszkola (w tym plac zabaw), a także sfinansowane zostanie bieżące funkcjonowanie przez okres 12 miesięcy (od 09.2020 do 08.2021), a także prowadzone będą zajęcia dodatkowe. GŁÓWNE ZADANIA: Utworzenie nowych miejsc opieki przedszkolnej wraz z doposaż. w sprzęt i pomoce dydaktyczne. Nowy oddział będzie funkcjonował 5dni w tyg. w godz. 7:30 do 15:30, a dzieci objęte będą także edukacją w ramach zajęć dodatkowych w terminie od 01.09.2020 do 31.08.2021. Bieżące funkcjonowanie grupy będzie obejmować okres 12 miesięcy. Po tym term. zostanie zachowana trwałość nowo utworzonych 20 miejsc przez okres co najmniej 2 lat, organizacja zajęć dodatkowych i organizacja zajęć wspólnych z rodzicami. Po zakończeniu finansowania ze środków RPO WZ 2014-2020 w ramach EFS nowe miejsca będą utrzymane przez Wnioskodawcę przez okres minim. 2 lat w ramach odpłatności rodziców a także dotacji oświatowej otrzymywanej z subwencji z Urzędu Miasta w Drawsku Pomorskim. Trwałość projektu zachowają zakupione w ramach projektu środki trwałe oraz wydatki poniesione w ramach cross financingu. W ramach realizacji projektu zostanie zachowana jego trwałość zgodnie z postanowieniami art. 71 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE)nr 1303/2013 z dnia 17 grudnia 2013r., a także zgodnie z zapisami Wytycznych w zakresie kwalifikowalności wydatków w ramach Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego, Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego oraz Funduszu Spójności na lata 2014-2020. The Applicant currently runs the Little Club, which enjoys a positive opinion among parents. Every month, there are more and more questions from parents about the possibility of leaving their children to finish their education in an institution under 3 years in kindergarten. So far, no such possibility exists. Kindergarten at Aunt Uli will be a new place among kindergartens operating in Drawsko Pomorski. As part of the project, a new facility will be created – a one-department kindergarten for 20 children. The project will purchase the necessary equipment for the kindergarten (including a playground) and finance the day-to-day operation for a period of 12 months (from 09.2020 to 08.2021), as well as additional activities. MAIN TASKS: Creation of new pre-school care facilities with equipment and teaching aids. The new branch will function 5 days in a week. 7:30 to 15:30 and children will also be enrolled in additional classes from 01.09.2020 to 31.08.2021. The day-to-day operation of the group will cover a period of 12 months. After that, the newly created 20 places will be maintained for a period of at least 2 years, the organisation of additional activities and the organisation of joint activities with parents. Once the funding from the ROP WZ 2014-2020 under the ESF is completed, the new places will be maintained by the Applicant for a minimum period. 2 years as part of the payment of parents and the educational subsidy received from a subsidy from the City Council in Drawsk Pomorski. The sustainability of the project will preserve the fixed assets purchased under the project and the expenditure incurred as part of cross-financing. As part of the implementation of the project, its sustainability will be maintained in accordance with the provisions of Article 71 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013, as well as the provisions of the Guidelines on the eligibility of expenditure under the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund for the period 2014-2020. La requérante gère actuellement le Little Club, qui jouit d’une opinion positive parmi les parents. Chaque mois, les parents ont de plus en plus de questions sur la possibilité de quitter leurs enfants pour terminer leurs études dans un établissement de moins de 3 ans à la maternelle. Jusqu’à présent, une telle possibilité n’existe pas. La maternelle à tante Uli sera une nouvelle place parmi les jardins d’enfants opérant à Drawsko Pomorski. Dans le cadre du projet, une nouvelle installation sera créée — un jardin d’enfants unique pour 20 enfants. Le projet achètera l’équipement nécessaire à la maternelle (y compris une aire de jeux) et financera l’opération quotidienne pendant une période de 12 mois (du 09.2020 au 08.2021), ainsi que des activités supplémentaires. PRINCIPALES TÂCHES: Création de nouvelles structures d’accueil préscolaire dotées d’équipements et d’outils pédagogiques. La nouvelle branche fonctionnera 5 jours par semaine. De 7h30 à 15h30 et les enfants seront également inscrits dans des classes supplémentaires du 01.09.2020 au 31.08.2021. Le fonctionnement quotidien du groupe s’étendra sur une période de 12 mois. Après cela, les 20 places nouvellement créées seront maintenues pour une période d’au moins 2 ans, l’organisation d’activités supplémentaires et l’organisation d’activités conjointes avec les parents. Une fois que le financement du programme ROP WZ 2014-2020 au titre du FSE sera achevé, les nouveaux emplacements seront maintenus par le demandeur pendant une période minimale. 2 ans dans le cadre du paiement des parents et de la subvention scolaire reçue d’une subvention du conseil municipal de Drawsk Pomorski. La durabilité du projet permettra de préserver les immobilisations achetées dans le cadre du projet et les dépenses encourues dans le cadre du financement croisé. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet, sa durabilité sera maintenue conformément aux dispositions de l’article 71 du règlement (UE) no 1303/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 17 décembre 2013, ainsi qu’aux dispositions des lignes directrices relatives à l’éligibilité des dépenses au titre du Fonds européen de développement régional, du Fonds social européen et du Fonds de cohésion pour la période 2014-2020.
