Celem Projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do usług społecznych ukierunkowanych na podniesienie kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych oraz poprawy relacji rodzinnych u co najmniej 43 osób (15K i 28 M) pochodzących z 27 rodzin zamieszkujących obszar powiatów: bartoszyckiego, kętrzyńskiego, lidzbarskiego, olsztyńskiego (poza MOF Olsztyn) i szczycieńskiego zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym w okresie 01.09.2020-31.08.2022 r. poprzez wsparcie psychologiczne, specjalistyczne, organizację innowacyjnych warsztatów terapeutycznych oraz atrakcyjnych form integracji rodzin. Projekt skierowany jest do całych rodzin oraz zapewnia kompleksowe wsparcie rodzinie. Grupą docelową (GD) projektu jest 27 rodzin zagrożonych wykluczeniem społ. (m.in. z powodu niepełnosprawności dziecka) związanych ze Specjalnym Ośrodkiem Szkolno-Wychowawczym w Żardenikach, tzn. z których dziecko przebywa w szkole, przedszkolu lub uczęszcza na wczesne wspomaganie w placówce. Wsparciem zostanie objętych min. 43 os. (15K i 28M) zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społ., oraz ich rodzice i rodzeństwo, zamieszkałe na terenie powiatów: bartoszyckiego, lidzbarskiego, kętrzyńskiego, olsztyńskiego (bez MOF Olsztyn) i szczycieńskiego potrzebujące pomocy i zainteresowane rozwijaniem swoich relacji rodzinnych. The aim of the project is to increase access to social services aimed at improving social competences and skills and improving family relationships for at least 43 people (15K and 28 M) from 27 families living in the county area: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyński, Lidzbarski, Olsztyn (apart from MOF Olsztyn) and the summit at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion in the period 01.09.2020-31.08.2022 through psychological support, specialised support, the organisation of innovative therapeutic workshops and attractive forms of family integration. The project is aimed at entire families and provides comprehensive support to the family. The target group (GD) of the project is 27 families at risk of social exclusion. (e.g. due to the disability of the child) associated with the Special Education and Education Centre in Żardeniki, i.e. from which the child stays in a school, kindergarten or attends early support in an institution. Support will be covered by a minimum of 43 persons. (15K and 28M) at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, and their parents and siblings residing in the districts: Bartoszycki, Lidzbarski, Kętrzyński, Olsztyn (without MOF Olsztyn) and Peak region needing help and interested in developing their family relationships. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer l’accès aux services sociaux visant à améliorer les compétences et les aptitudes sociales et à améliorer les relations familiales pour au moins 43 personnes (15 000 et 28 millions d’habitants) de 27 familles vivant dans la région du comté: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyński, Lidzbarski, Olsztyn (à l’exception du MOF Olsztyn) et le sommet exposé au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale au cours de la période 01.09.2020-31.08.2022 à travers un soutien psychologique, un soutien spécialisé, l’organisation d’ateliers thérapeutiques innovants et des formes attrayantes d’intégration familiale. Le projet s’adresse à des familles entières et apporte un soutien complet à la famille. Le groupe cible (GD) du projet est de 27 familles menacées d’exclusion sociale. (par exemple, en raison d’un handicap de l’enfant) associé au Centre d’éducation et d’éducation spéciale de Žardeniki, c’est-à-dire d’où l’enfant séjourne dans une école, un jardin d’enfants ou fréquente un soutien précoce dans un établissement. Le soutien sera assuré par un minimum de 43 personnes. (15 000 et 28 millions d’habitants) menacés de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, et leurs parents et frères et sœurs résidant dans les districts: Bartoszycki, Lidzbarski, Kętrzyński, Olsztyn (sans MOF Olsztyn) et Peak région ayant besoin d’aide et intéressés à développer leurs relations familiales.
