Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie starachowickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 98 osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Starachowicach. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 30 roku życia spełniające warunki uczestnictwa w projekcie zgodnie z kryterium dostępu. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Dodatkowo grupę docelową w projekcie stanowić będą pracownicy danego podmiotu lub osoby fizyczne prowadzące samodzielnie działalność gospodarczą niezatrudniające pracowników. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over who are unemployed in Starachowice County. The main result of the project will be 98 persons registered in the District Labour Office in Starachowice. The project will support people over 30 years of age who meet the conditions for participation in the project according to the access criterion. As part of the project for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. In addition, the target group in the project will be employees of a given entity or natural persons carrying out self-employed economic activity without employees. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus qui sont sans emploi dans le comté de Starachowice. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 98 personnes inscrites au bureau du travail du district de Starachowice. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de plus de 30 ans qui remplissent les conditions de participation au projet selon le critère d’accès. Dans le cadre du projet pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. En outre, le groupe cible du projet sera constitué de salariés d’une entité donnée ou de personnes physiques exerçant une activité économique indépendante sans salariés. (French)
