Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Gmina Banie Mazurskie. Celem ogólnym projektu jest usprawnienie realizacji spraw o charakterze publicznym poprzez cyfryzację procesów administracyjnych na terenie działalności gminy. Przewidziano realizację następujących zadań/etapów: - Opracowanie studium wykonalności, - Pełnienie nadzoru przez inżyniera projektu, - Wdrożenie systemów teleinformatycznych i uruchomienie e-usług na 3 i 5 poziomie dojrzałości oraz zakup usług informatycznych i wartości niematerialnych i prawnych, - Zakup środków trwałych, tj. niezbędnego sprzętu informatycznego i oprogramowania, - Działania promocyjne. W wyniku realizacji powyższych etapów zwiększona zostanie zdolność Gminy Banie Mazurskie do usprawnienia spraw o charakterze publicznym poprzez cyfryzację procesów administracyjnych. Projekt zgodny jest z założeniem Osi Priorytetowej 3 – Cyfrowy Region określonym w SZOOP RPO WiM. W projekcie zaplanowano: - wdrożenie 17 e-usług charakteryzujących się wysokim walorem powtarzalności i wysokim poziomem - uruchomienie 6 systemów teleinformatycznych: 1. Centralna platforma e-usług mieszkańca. 2. Zmodernizowany system dziedzinowy. 3. Elektroniczny system obiegu dokumentów. 4. System zarządzania oświatą. 5. System e-zamówienia. 6. System obsługi rady. Uruchomione systemy będą wspomagały realizację zadań publicznych przez Gminę Banie Mazurskie i wpływać będą pozytywnie na poszerzenie dostępu klientów do informacji i zasobów urzędu. Dzięki realizacji projektu wzrośnie liczba urzędowych spraw załatwianych elektronicznie przez grupę docelową projektu – obywateli i biznes z terenu Gminy Banie Mazurskie, dzięki czemu nastąpi usprawnienie procesów administracyjnych gminy i uproszczenie obowiązków urzędowych ciążących na klientach urzędu. The applicant for the project is Bannie Mazurskie Municipality. The general objective of the project is to improve the implementation of public affairs by digitising administrative processes on the territory of the municipality. The following tasks/steps are foreseen: — Development of a feasibility study, – Full supervision by the project engineer – Implementation of ICT systems and deployment of e-services at 3 and 5 levels of maturity and purchase of IT services and intangible assets, – Purchase of fixed assets, i.e. necessary IT equipment and software, – Promotional activities. As a result of the above steps, the Banie Mazurskie Municipality’s capacity to improve public affairs through the digitalisation of administrative processes will be enhanced. The project complies with the assumption of Priority Axis 3 – Digital Region as defined in the SZOOP ROP WiM. The project includes: — implementation of 17 e-services characterised by high reproducibility and high level – launch of 6 ICT systems: 1. Central e-services platform inhabitant. 2. A modernised field system. 3. Electronic document circulation system. 4. Education management system. 5. E-Procurement system. 6. Counselling system. The systems launched will support the implementation of public tasks by the Municipality of Bana Mazurskie and will have a positive impact on broadening customers’ access to information and resources of the office. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the number of official cases handled electronically by the target group of the project – citizens and business from the municipality of Banie Mazurskie – will increase, thanks to which the administrative processes of the municipality will be streamlined and the official obligations incumbent on the clients of the office will be simplified. La requérante pour le projet est la municipalité de Bannie Mazurskie. L’objectif général du projet est d’améliorer la mise en œuvre des affaires publiques en numérisant les processus administratifs sur le territoire de la municipalité. Les tâches/étapes suivantes sont prévues: — Élaboration d’une étude de faisabilité, — supervision complète par l’ingénieur du projet — Mise en œuvre de systèmes TIC et déploiement de services électroniques à 3 et 5 niveaux de maturité et achat de services informatiques et d’actifs incorporels, — achat d’immobilisations, c’est-à-dire d’équipements et de logiciels informatiques nécessaires, — activités de promotion. À la suite de ces étapes, la capacité de la municipalité de Banie Mazurskie à améliorer les affaires publiques grâce à la numérisation des processus administratifs sera renforcée. Le projet est conforme à l’hypothèse de l’axe prioritaire 3 — Région numérique telle que définie dans le SZOOP ROP WiM. Le projet comprend: mise en œuvre de 17 services en ligne caractérisés par une reproductibilité élevée et un haut niveau — lancement de 6 systèmes TIC: 1. Plate-forme centrale de services électroniques habitant. 2. Un système de terrain modernisé. 3. Système de circulation électronique des documents. 4. Système de gestion de l’éducation. 5. Système de passation électronique des marchés publics. 6. Système de conseil. Les systèmes lancés soutiendront la mise en œuvre de tâches publiques par la municipalité de Bana Mazurskie et auront un impact positif sur l’élargissement de l’accès des clients à l’information et aux ressources du bureau. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, le nombre de dossiers officiels traités électroniquement par le groupe cible du projet — citoyens et entreprises de la municipalité de Banie Mazurskie — augmentera, grâce auquel les processus administratifs de la municipalité seront simplifiés et les obligations officielles incombant aux clients du bureau seront simplifiées.
