Projekt ma na celu eliminację zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka w miejscu pracy z uwzględnieniem działań szkoleniowych. Okres realizacji zaplanowano od 01.09.2020 do 31.08.2021. W projekcie zaplanowano zadania, które wpłyną na ergonomię pracy wśród 36 pracowników i pracownic (w tym 25 kobiet) Urzędu Gminy w Kłomnicach. W pierwszym zadaniu zaplanowano modernizację stanowisk pracy o ergonomiczne wyposażenie miejsca pracy, a w drugim szkolenia dla pracowników podnoszące ich kompetencję. Zaplanowane działania jasno wynikają z przeprowadzonej Analizy stanowiska pracy administracyjno-biurowego wyposażonego w komputery z monitorem ekranowym w Urzędzie Gminy Kłomnice. (Polish)

Le projet vise à éliminer les facteurs de risque pour la santé sur le lieu de travail, y compris les activités de formation. La période de mise en œuvre est prévue du 1er septembre 2020 au 31 août 2021. Le projet prévoit des tâches qui auront une incidence sur l’ergonomie du travail parmi 36 employés et employés (dont 25 femmes) du bureau municipal de Kłomnice. La première tâche prévoit de moderniser les lieux de travail à l’aide d’équipements ergonomiques sur le lieu de travail et, dans la seconde, de former les employés afin d’améliorer leurs compétences.
