Celem projektu „Nauka-akcja-reakcja. Zajęcia praktyczno-badawcze w Szkole Podstawowej w Rychlikach” jest wzrost kompetencji matematyczno-przyrodniczych i umiejętności praktyczno-badawczych u 70 osób z klas 4-8 tej placówki. Kolejne grupy wsparcia to: rodzice/opiekunowie beneficjentów (32 os.) oraz nauczyciele (6 os.). Wybór zadań do realizacji wynika z barier w dostępie do edukacji, niskiego poziomu ww. kompetencji oraz ze specyfiki szkoły tj. dużej liczby uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. W ramach wsparcia 70 beneficjentów weźmie udział w dodatkowych zajęciach praktyczno-badawczych opartych na metodzie eksperymentu kształcących ww. kompetencje kluczowe oraz kompetencje uniwersalne takie jak: kreatywność, umiejętność grupowego rozwiązywania problemów badawczych. Zajęcia w ilości 2 godzin na tydzień w każdej grupie prowadzone będą przez nauczycieli przeszkolonych w zakresie stosowania metody badawczej oraz w zakresie użytkowania MODUŁU ZPB, stanowiącego podstawowe narzędzie dydaktyczne w ramach projektu. Miejscem realizacji zajęć będzie pracownia przyrodnicza doposażona w nowoczesny sprzęt TIK oraz sprzęt laboratoryjny, aparaturę pomiarową, materiały, odczynniki, itp. Część zajęć odbędzie się w formie wycieczek pieszych/rowerowych poza teren szkoły. Zorganizowany zostanie wyjazd edukacyjny, podczas którego beneficjenci w dobranych zespołach zadaniowych zrealizują projekt edukacyjny. Zorganizowana zostanie impreza edukacyjna „Festiwal młodego odkrywcy”, podczas której beneficjenci zaprezentują zdobyte umiejętności swoim rówieśnikom z innych szkół, młodszym kolegom i koleżankom, rodzicom i zaproszonym gościom. Aby wesprzeć proces dydaktyczny, grupa 32 rodziców otrzyma wsparcie psychologiczne. Zakupiony sprzęt zwiększy konkurencyjność placówki, a otrzymane wsparcie podniesie jakość oferty edukacyjnej w zakresie kształtowania kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, co przełoży się na wzrost tych umiejętności kluczowych wśród beneficjentów. The aim of the project "Science-Action-Reaction. Practical and research classes at the Primary School in Rychliki" is an increase in mathematical and natural skills and practical research skills in 70 people from classes 4-8 of this institution. The following support groups are: parents/guardians of beneficiaries (32 persons) and teachers (6 persons). The choice of tasks to be carried out stems from barriers to access to education, the low level of competences mentioned above and the specific characteristics of the school, i.e. a large number of students with special educational needs. As part of the support, 70 beneficiaries will take part in additional practical and research activities based on the method of experimenting with the above-mentioned key competences and universal competences such as: creativity, ability to solve research problems in groups. Classes of 2 hours per week in each group will be conducted by teachers trained in the application of the research method and in the use of the ZPB MODULE, which is the basic teaching tool within the project. The venue will be a natural studio equipped with modern ICT equipment and laboratory equipment, measuring equipment, materials, reagents, etc. Part of the classes will take the form of hiking/bike tours outside the school. An educational trip will be organised, during which the beneficiaries in selected task teams will carry out the educational project. An educational event “Young explorer’s Festival” will be organised, during which the beneficiaries will present the acquired skills to their peers from other schools, younger colleagues, parents and invited guests. To support the teaching process, a group of 32 parents will receive psychological support. The equipment purchased will increase the competitiveness of the institution and the support received will improve the quality of the educational offer in the field of shaping the key competences needed in the labour market, which will translate into an increase in these key skills among beneficiaries. L’objectif du projet "Science-Action-Réaction. Cours pratiques et de recherche à l’école primaire de Rychliki" est une augmentation des compétences mathématiques et naturelles et des compétences de recherche pratique dans 70 personnes des classes 4-8 de cette institution. Les groupes de soutien suivants sont: parents/tuteurs de bénéficiaires (32 personnes) et enseignants (6 personnes). Le choix des tâches à accomplir découle des obstacles à l’accès à l’éducation, du faible niveau de compétences mentionnés ci-dessus et des caractéristiques spécifiques de l’école, c’est-à-dire d’un grand nombre d’élèves ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux. Dans le cadre de l’aide, 70 bénéficiaires participeront à d’autres activités pratiques et de recherche fondées sur la méthode d’expérimentation des compétences clés et des compétences universelles susmentionnées, telles que: créativité, capacité à résoudre des problèmes de recherche en groupe. Les cours de 2 heures par semaine dans chaque groupe seront conduits par des enseignants formés à l’application de la méthode de recherche et à l’utilisation du ZPB MODULE, qui est l’outil pédagogique de base dans le cadre du projet. Le lieu sera un studio naturel équipé d’équipements informatiques modernes et d’équipements de laboratoire, d’équipements de mesure, de matériaux, de réactifs, etc. Une partie des cours prendra la forme de randonnées pédestres/vélos à l’extérieur de l’école. Un voyage éducatif sera organisé au cours duquel les bénéficiaires des équipes spéciales sélectionnées réaliseront le projet éducatif. Un événement éducatif «Festival des jeunes explorateurs» sera organisé, au cours duquel les bénéficiaires présenteront les compétences acquises à leurs pairs d’autres écoles, aux jeunes collègues, aux parents et aux invités. Pour soutenir le processus d’enseignement, un groupe de 32 parents bénéficiera d’un soutien psychologique. L’équipement acheté augmentera la compétitivité de l’institution et l’aide reçue améliorera la qualité de l’offre éducative dans le domaine de l’élaboration des compétences clés nécessaires sur le marché du travail, ce qui se traduira par une augmentation de ces compétences clés parmi les bénéficiaires.
