Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej jakim jest remiza strażacka pełniąca również funkcję świetlicy znajdująca się w Gminie Ogrodzieniec. Budynek wzniesiony został w latach 60-tych i wybudowany został w technologii tradycyjnej. Obecnie wymaga termomodernizacji oraz wymiany źródła ciepła. W ramach realizacji projektu przewidziano następujące prace, które w konsekwencji będą prowadzić do zmniejszenia emisyjności budynku oraz oszczędności energii pierwotnej polegające na: ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznej, ociepleniu stropodachu, wymianie stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, wymianie kotła, wymianie wymianie instalacji c.c.wraz z grzejnikami, sporządzeniu dokumentacji powykonawczej. The subject of the project is a deep thermomodernisation of the public building, which is a fire station which also serves as a common room located in the Municipality of Ogrodzieniec. The building was erected in the 1960s and was built in traditional technology. At present, it requires thermomodernisation and replacement of the heat source. As part of the implementation of the project, the following works are foreseen, which will consequently lead to a decarbonisation of the building and primary energy savings consisting of: insulation of external walls, warming of the roof, replacement of window and door joinery, replacement of boiler, replacement of the c.c. installation together with radiators, preparation of as-built documentation. L’objet du projet est une thermomodernisation profonde du bâtiment public, qui est une caserne de pompiers qui sert également de salle commune située dans la municipalité d’Ogrodzieniec. Le bâtiment a été érigé dans les années 1960 et a été construit en technologie traditionnelle. À l’heure actuelle, elle nécessite une thermomodernisation et un remplacement de la source de chaleur. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet, les travaux suivants sont prévus, ce qui conduira à une décarbonisation des économies d’énergie du bâtiment et d’énergie primaire, à savoir: isolation des murs extérieurs, réchauffement du toit, remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres et des portes, remplacement de la chaudière, remplacement de l’installation c.c. avec radiateurs, préparation de la documentation as-construite.
