Celem gł. projektu jest: wzrost dostępności i jakości usług społecznych zapobiegających ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu dla 15 osób (8K, 7M) - mieszkańców Gminy Ślemień - w wyniku utworzenia i funkcjonowania placówki wsparcia dziennego: świetlicy działającej w ramach Centrum Społeczno-Kulturalnego w Ślemieniu w okresie 01.01.2022-31.12.2022. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się utworzenia nowych 15 miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych istniejących po zakończeniu projektu. Wsparciem w ramach działalności świetlicy zostaną objęte: osoby wykluczone lub zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. w wieku: 6-18 lat - mieszkańcy Gminy Ślemień. Działania: - doposażenie nowej placówki w niezbędne pomoce i materiały dydaktyczne, sprzęt komput. i multimedialny - zapewnienie wsparcia, w tym opieki i zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe, - wsparcie psychologiczne i logopedyczne. The aim of the project is to: increasing the availability and quality of social services preventing poverty and social exclusion for 15 people (8K, 7M) – residents of the Municipality of Ślemień – as a result of the creation and operation of a day support facility: a community centre operating within the framework of the Social and Cultural Centre in Ślemian in the period 01.01.2022-31.12.2022. The implementation of the project will contribute to the creation of new 15 places for the provision of social services existing after the end of the project. The following will be supported under the activities of the community centre: persons excluded or at risk of poverty or social exclusion at age: 6-18 years old – residents of the Municipality of Ślemień. Actions: — equipping the new facility with the necessary teaching aids and materials, computational and multimedia equipment – providing support, including care and activities developing key competences, – psychological and speech-based support. L’objectif du projet est de: accroître la disponibilité et la qualité des services sociaux de prévention de la pauvreté et de l’exclusion sociale pour 15 personnes (8K, 7M) — résidents de la municipalité de Ślemień — à la suite de la création et de l’exploitation d’une facilité de soutien journalier: un centre communautaire opérant dans le cadre du Centre social et culturel de Ślemian au cours de la période 01.01.2022-31.12.2022. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à la création de 15 nouveaux lieux de prestation de services sociaux existants après la fin du projet. Les activités suivantes seront soutenues dans le cadre des activités du centre communautaire: personnes exclues ou menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale à l’âge: 6-18 ans — résidents de la municipalité de Ślemień. Actions: — doter la nouvelle structure des matériels et matériels pédagogiques nécessaires, de l’équipement informatique et multimédia — fournir un soutien, y compris des soins et des activités développant des compétences clés, — un soutien psychologique et orthophonique.
