Okres realizacji proj.: 01.07.2020 do 30.11.2021. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie lub utrzymanie aktywności zawodowej u minimum 80% z 18 osób (15K+3M) bezrobotnych/ biernych zaw., pracujących, które sprawują opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3, zamieszkałych w myśl KC w gminie Smętowo Graniczne (woj. pomorskie), poprzez utworzenie 18 miejsc opieki do dzieci do lat 3 w gminie Smętowo Graniczne w okresie od 01.07.2020 do 30.11.2021 roku. Uczestnikami/czkami projektu będą osoby zamieszkujące gminę Smętowo Graniczne - rodzice lub prawni opiekunowie dzieci w wieku do lat 3: - 6K: osoby bezrobotne lub bierne zawodowo pozostające poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, w tym osoby, które przerwały karierę zawodową ze względu na urodzenie dziecka lub przebywają na urlopach wychowawczych w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. – Kodeks Pracy; - 12os (9K+3M): osoby pracujące, sprawujące opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3. W projekcie zrealizowane zostaną działania: 1. Utworzenie nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w żłobku 2. Bieżące funkcjonowanie żłobka (sfinansowanie bież. kosztów utrzymania nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 przez 15 miesięcy) 3. Bieżące funkcjonowanie - zajęcia wspomagające rozwój psychoruchowy. Główne wskaźniki: 1. Liczba osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka lub utrzymały zatrudnienie, po opuszczeniu Programu:10 2. Liczba osób pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu Programu:5 3. Liczba utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3:18. 4. Liczba osób opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 objętych wsparciem w Programie:18. Project implementation period: 01.07.2020 to 30.11.2021. The aim of the project is to increase or maintain professional activity at a minimum of 80 % out of 18 people (15K+ 3M) unemployed/accepted workers who care for children up to 3 years, residing under the CC in the municipality of Smytowo Graniczne (Pomeranian Voivodeship), by creating 18 places of care for children under 3 years in the municipality of Smortowo Graniczne between 01.07.2020 and 30.11.2021. Participants/chairs of the project will be people living in the municipality of Smortowo Graniczne – parents or legal guardians of children up to the age of 3: — 6K: unemployed or inactive persons who remain outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children up to the age of 3, including those who have interrupted their professional career due to the birth of a child or are on parental leave within the meaning of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974; — 12os (9K+ 3M): persons working, caring for children up to 3 years of age. Activities will be implemented in the project: 1. Creation of new childcare facilities for children up to 3 years old in crèche 2. Day-to-day operation of the crèche (financing the cost of maintaining new childcare facilities up to 3 years for 15 months) 3. Current functioning – activities supporting psychomotor development. Main indicators: 1. Number of people who returned to the labour market after a break related to childbirth/earning or maintained employment after leaving the Programme:10 2. Number of unemployed people who have found a job or are looking for a job after leaving the Programme:5 3. Number of childcare facilities created for children under the age of 3:18. 4. Période de mise en œuvre du projet: Du 1er juillet 2020 au 30.11.2021. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître ou de maintenir l’activité professionnelle à un minimum de 80 % sur 18 personnes (15K+ 3M) sans emploi/travailleurs acceptés qui s’occupent d’enfants jusqu’à 3 ans, résidant sous le régime du CC dans la municipalité de Smytowo Graniczne (Voïvodie de Poméranie), en créant 18 places de garde pour les enfants de moins de 3 ans dans la municipalité de Smortowo Graniczne entre le 01.07.2020 et le 30.11.2021. Les participants/présidents du projet seront des personnes vivant dans la municipalité de Smortowo Graniczne — parents ou tuteurs légaux des enfants jusqu’à l’âge de 3 ans: — 6K: les chômeurs ou les personnes inactives qui restent en dehors du marché du travail en raison de l’obligation de s’occuper d’enfants jusqu’à l’âge de 3 ans, y compris ceux qui ont interrompu leur carrière professionnelle en raison de la naissance d’un enfant ou qui sont en congé parental au sens de la loi du 26 juin 1974 sur le code du travail; — 12os (9K+ 3M): personnes travaillant, s’occupant d’enfants de moins de 3 ans. Les activités seront mises en œuvre dans le cadre du projet: 1. Création de nouvelles structures d’accueil pour les enfants de moins de 3 ans dans la crèche 2. Fonctionnement quotidien de la crèche (financement du coût de l’entretien de nouvelles garderies jusqu’à 3 ans pendant 15 mois) 3. Fonctionnement actuel — activités de soutien au développement psychomoteur. Principaux indicateurs: 1. Nombre de personnes qui sont retournées sur le marché du travail après une interruption liée à l’accouchement/à la rémunération ou au maintien d’un emploi après avoir quitté le programme:10 2. Nombre de chômeurs qui ont trouvé un emploi ou qui sont à la recherche d’un emploi après avoir quitté le programme:5 3. Nombre de garderies créées pour les enfants de moins de 3 ans. 4. Nombre de personnes s’occupant d’enfants de moins de 3 ans bénéficiant d’un soutien dans le cadre du programme: 18.
