Celem głównym projektu pt. Aktywna Przyszłość jest zniwelowanie czynników powodujących wykluczenie społeczne i marginalizację społeczną. Projekt jest skierowany głównie do osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem oraz marginalizacją społeczną, poszukujących pracy, bezrobotnych, nieaktywnych zawodowo, osób niepełnosprawnych zamieszkujących na terenie miasta Świętochłowice. Osoby te będą mogły skorzystać z usług aktywnej integracji, których celem jest reintegracja społeczna, zawodowa, edukacyjna, zdrowotna i środowiskowa. Projekt przewiduje udział 60 osób w tym 35 kobiet i 25 mężczyzn. Wnioskodawca zakłada, iż 10 % uczestników/czek będą stanowić osoby niepełnosprawne. Do pomiaru wskaźników zostaną wykorzystane indywidualne, anonimowe ankiety wypełniane przez uczestników/czki projektu, oraz dokumentacja potwierdzająca podjęcie zatrudnienia, nauki itp. Projekt składa się z zadań realizowanych w obszarze reintegracji społecznej i zawodowej na terenie Świętochłowic. (Polish)

The main objective of the project: The active future is to overcome the factors causing social exclusion and social marginalisation. The project is aimed mainly at people at risk of exclusion and social marginalisation, job seekers, unemployed, economically inactive, people with disabilities living in the city of Świętochłowice. They will be able to benefit from active inclusion services aimed at social, professional, educational, health and environmental reintegration. The project foresees 60 people, including 35 women and 25 men. The applicant assumes that 10 % of the participants/cheques will be disabled. Individual, anonymous surveys completed by project participants and documentation confirming employment, learning, etc. will be used to measure the indicators. The project consists of tasks carried out in the area of social and professional reintegration in Świętochłowice. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet: L’avenir actif consiste à surmonter les facteurs à l’origine de l’exclusion sociale et de la marginalisation sociale. Le projet s’adresse principalement aux personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion et de marginalisation sociale, aux demandeurs d’emploi, aux chômeurs, aux personnes économiquement inactives, aux personnes handicapées vivant dans la ville de Świętochłowice. Ils pourront bénéficier de services d’inclusion active axés sur la réinsertion sociale, professionnelle, éducative, sanitaire et environnementale. Le projet prévoit 60 personnes, dont 35 femmes et 25 hommes. Le demandeur suppose que 10 % des participants/chèques seront handicapés. Des enquêtes individuelles anonymes réalisées par les participants au projet et des documents confirmant l’emploi, l’apprentissage, etc. seront utilisés pour mesurer les indicateurs. Le projet consiste en des tâches exécutées dans le domaine de la réinsertion sociale et professionnelle à Świętochłowice. (French)
