Projekt zakłada udział 22 osób (K i M)z rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnością, zamieszkałych na terenie gmin: Sokółka, Kuźnica, Krynki, Szudziałowo, Sidra - będących podopiecznymi Stowarzyszenia na Rzecz Wspierania Osób Niepełnosprawnych "Pod Skrzydłami" oraz beneficjentami PCPR w Sokółce. (Będą to osoby z orzeczeniem o niepełnosprawności, osoby opuszczające pieczę zastępczą (rodziny zastępcze). Przewidujemy realizację projektu w okresie od 1.08.2020r. do 28.02.2022 r. Zostaną zrekrutowane: 22 osoby (11M i 11K), w tym 4 ON. Głównymi założeniami realizacji projektu będą: wzrost umiejętności psychospołecznych niezbędnych do prawidłowego poruszania się na rynku pracy; podwyższenie umiejętności społecznych wśród uczestników projektu, zdobycie /podwyższenie kompetencji lub kwalifikacji zawodowych osób ułatwiających podjęcie zatrudnienia- 10 osób; przeciwdziałanie izolacji społecznej, nabycie umiejętności społecznych i wzbudzenie potrzeby funkcjonowania w społeczeństwie, przygotowanie do samodzielnego życia. Osoby biorące udział w projekcie będą miały zapewniony szeroki i zróżnicowany zakres wsparcia dążąc do zapewnienia niezbędnych i koniecznych umiejętności, kompetencji. Osoby skorzystają ze specjalistycznego wsparcia, m.in.: psychologa, prawnika, mediatora, doradcy zawodowego. Realizacja będzie zgodna z zasadą równości płci i niedyskryminacji. Zasada będzie realizowana poprzez udział obu płci w działaniach projektowych odzwierciedlający strukturę grupy docelowej, w tym OzN. (Polish)

The project involves 22 people (K and M) from families at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including people with disabilities, residing in municipalities: Sokółka, Kuźnica, Krynki, Szudziałowo, Sidra – the subjects of the Association for the Support of Disabled Persons “Under Wings” and beneficiaries of PCPR in Sokółka. (These will be persons with a disability certificate, persons leaving the foster care (prostitution families). We anticipate the implementation of the project in the period from 1 August 2020 to 28.02.2022. They will be recruited: 22 persons (11M and 11K), of which 4 ON. The main objectives of the project will be: increase in psychosocial skills necessary for proper mobility in the labour market; improving social skills among project participants, acquiring/increase of competences or professional qualifications of people facilitating employment – 10 people; combating social isolation, acquiring social skills and stimulating the need to function in society, preparing for independent living. Project participants will have a wide and diverse range of support to ensure the necessary and necessary skills and competences. People will benefit from specialised support, including: psychologist, lawyer, mediator, career counselor. Implementation will respect the principles of gender equality and non-discrimination. The principle will be implemented through the participation of both genders in project activities reflecting the structure of the target group, including OzN. (English)

Le projet concerne 22 personnes (K et M) de familles menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, y compris des personnes handicapées, résidant dans des municipalités: Sokółka, Kuźnica, Krynki, Szudziałowo, Sidra — les sujets de l’Association de soutien aux personnes handicapées «sous les ailes» et les bénéficiaires de PCPR à Sokółka. (Il s’agit des personnes titulaires d’un certificat d’invalidité, des personnes qui quittent la famille d’accueil (familles de prostitution). Nous anticipons la mise en œuvre du projet dans la période du 1er août 2020 au 28.02.2022. Ils seront recrutés: 22 personnes (11M et 11K), dont 4 ON. Les principaux objectifs du projet seront les suivants: renforcement des compétences psychosociales nécessaires à une bonne mobilité sur le marché du travail; l’amélioration des compétences sociales parmi les participants au projet, l’acquisition/l’amélioration des compétences ou des qualifications professionnelles des personnes facilitant l’emploi — 10 personnes; la lutte contre l’isolement social, l’acquisition de compétences sociales et la stimulation de la nécessité de fonctionner dans la société, en se préparant à une vie autonome. Les participants au projet bénéficieront d’un soutien large et diversifié pour garantir les aptitudes et les compétences nécessaires. Les personnes bénéficieront d’un soutien spécialisé, notamment: psychologue, avocat, médiateur, conseiller de carrière. La mise en œuvre respectera les principes d’égalité entre les hommes et les femmes et de non-discrimination. Ce principe sera mis en œuvre par la participation des deux sexes aux activités de projet reflétant la structure du groupe cible, y compris OZN. (French)
