Celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w OWP prowadzonych przez gminę Zawadzkie oraz zwiększenie udziału w edukacji przedszkolnej dzieci w wieku 3-6 lat poprzez realizację dodatkowych zajęć w przedszkolach,doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji nauczycielek wychowania przedszkolnego oraz doposażenie OWP w pomoce dydaktyczne. W ramach projektu realizowane będą dodatkowe zajęcia dla dzieci- zgodnie z przeprowadzoną diagnozą potrzeb każdego przedszkola.Nauczycielki ośrodków wychowania przedszkolnego doskonalić będą umiejętności i kompetencje podczas szkoleń oraz warsztatów.Wsparciem objętych zostanie 29 nauczycielki (PP nr 2 Zawadzkiem-12K,PP nr 3 Zawadzkiem-9K,PP w Żędowicach-4K, PP w Kielczy-4K).Grupa docelowa to dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym 3-6 lat z 4 ośrodków wychowania przedszkolnego prowadzonych przez Gminę Zawadzkie.Łącznie proj. objętych zostanie 297dzieci: PP nr 2-120 dzieci(68dz,52ch),PP nr 3-80 dzieci(37dz,43ch),PP w Żędowicach-40 dzieci(20dz,20ch), PP w Kielczy-57 dzieci(28dz,29ch).Projekt realizowany w okresie 01.08.2020-31.08.2021. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of pre-school education at the PLO conducted by the municipality of Zawadzkie and to increase the participation in pre-school education of children aged 3-6 years by implementing additional activities in kindergartens, improving the skills and competences of pre-school teachers and equipping the PLO with teaching aids. As part of the project, additional classes for children will be carried out – according to the diagnosis of the needs of each kindergarten.Teachers of pre-school education centers will improve skills and competences during trainings and workshops. 29 teachers (PP no. 2 Zawadzki-12K,PP no. 3 Zawadzki-9K,PP in Żędowice-4K, PP in Kielczy-4K will be supported).The target group is children of pre-school age 3-6 years from 4 pre-school centres run by Zawadzkie Municipality.Together, the project will cover 297children: Pp no 2-120 children(68dz,52ch),PP no. 3-80 children(37dz,43ch),PP in Żędowice-40 children(20dz,20ch), PP in Kielczy-57 children(28dz,29ch).Project implemented in the period 01.08.2020-31.08.2021. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de l’éducation préscolaire à l’OLP menée par la municipalité de Zawadzkie et d’accroître la participation à l’éducation préscolaire des enfants âgés de 3 à 6 ans en mettant en œuvre des activités supplémentaires dans les jardins d’enfants, en améliorant les aptitudes et les compétences des enseignants d’âge préscolaire et en dotant l’OLP d’outils pédagogiques. Dans le cadre du projet, des classes supplémentaires pour les enfants seront organisées — selon le diagnostic des besoins de chaque jardin d’enfants.Les enseignants des centres d’éducation préscolaire amélioreront les aptitudes et les compétences lors des formations et des ateliers. 29 enseignants (PP no 2 Zawadzki-12K,PP no 3 Zawadzki-9K,PP à Žędowice-4K, PP à Kielczy-4K seront soutenus).Le groupe cible est les enfants d’âge préscolaire 3-6 ans de 4 centres préscolaires gérés par la municipalité de Zawadzkie.
