The aim of the project is to increase access to social services in the specificity of environmental and care services in the field of combating the loneliness and marginalisation of 80 dependent seniors (55 K/25M) from the territory of the municipality of Jasło by establishing and ensuring the functioning of four Senior Clubs in the period 03.2020-02.2022.GRUPA DOCELOWA: 80 persons(55K/25M) who, according to the voivodship Podkar, the municipality of Jasło, are classified as dependent seniors aged 60+, who, due to their health status, including e.g., require care or support in connection with the impossibility of performing at least one of the basic activities of everyday life on their own. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’accès aux services sociaux dans la spécificité des services environnementaux et de soins dans le domaine de la lutte contre la solitude et la marginalisation de 80 personnes âgées dépendantes (55 K/25M) du territoire de la municipalité de Jasło en créant et en assurant le fonctionnement de quatre clubs seniors au cours de la période 03.2020-02.2022.GRUPA DOCELOWA: 80 personnes (55K/25M) qui, selon la voïvodie de Podkar, la municipalité de Jasło, sont classées comme des personnes âgées de 60 ans et plus à charge, qui, en raison de leur état de santé, y compris, par exemple, ont besoin de soins ou de soutien en raison de l’impossibilité d’exercer au moins une des activités de base de la vie quotidienne par elles-mêmes.
