Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie robót remontowych/instalacyjnych w nieruchomości zlokalizowanej w Otmuchowie (na działkach nr 165/11 i 165/13), stanowiącej miejsce prowadzenia działalności wnioskodawcy związanych z: - Wymianą oświetlenia na energooszczędne typu LED, - Pracami termomodernizacyjnymi obiektów/budynków firmy związane z dociepleniem ścian zewnętrznych oraz wewnętrznych, dociepleniem stropodachu, dociepleniem dachu wymiany stolarki okiennej, wymiany drzwi zewnętrznych, - Montażem instalacji fotowoltaicznej do produkcji energii elektrycznej. Projekt obejmuje 9 zadań i realizuje typy projektu: TYP I: Zad. 1: Wymiana oświetlenia na oprawy energooszczędne typu LED. TYP IV: Zad. 2: Prace termomodernizacyjne w budynku związane z dociepleniem stropodachu. Zad. 3: Prace termomodernizacyjne w budynku związane z dociepleniem dachu. Zad. 4: Prace termomodernizacyjne w budynku związane z dociepleniem ścian zewnętrznych. Zad. 5: Prace termomodernizacyjne w budynku związane z dociepleniem ścian wewnętrznych. Zad. 6: Prace termomodernizacyjne w budynku związane z wymianą stolarki okiennej. Zad. 7: Prace termomodernizacyjne w budynku związane z wymianą drzwi zewnętrznych. TYP V: Zad. 8: Zastosowanie paneli PV. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie: 01.01.2021 - 31.12.2022. Efektami bezpośrednimi realizacji projektu będzie dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych, poprawa efektywności energetycznej przedsiębiorstwa, zmodernizowany pod kątem energetycznym budynek. Realizacja projektu odpowiada na zidentyfikowane potrzeby Wnioskodawcy. (Polish)

The object of the project is to carry out renovation/installation works in the real estate located in Otmuchów (on plots 165/11 and 165/13), which is the applicant’s place of business related to: — Replacement of lighting with energy-saving LED type, – Thermo-modernisation of the company’s facilities/buildings related to insulation of external and internal walls, warming of the roof of window joinery replacement, replacement of exterior doors, – Installation of photovoltaic installations for the production of electricity. The project covers 9 tasks and implements project types: TYPE I: AWW. 1: Replacement of lighting for energy-saving LED luminaires. TYPE IV: AWW. 2: Thermomodernisation works in the building related to the warming of the edifice. AWW. 3: Thermal modernisation works in the building related to the warming of the roof. AWW. 4: Thermal modernisation works in the building related to insulation of external walls. AWW. 5: Thermomodernisation works in the building related to insulation of internal walls. AWW. 6: Thermal modernisation works in the building related to the replacement of window joinery. AWW. 7: Thermal modernisation works in the building related to the replacement of external doors. TYPE V: AWW. 8: Application of PV panels. The project will be implemented in the period of: 01.01.2021-31.12.2022. The direct effects of the project will be additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources, improvement of the energy efficiency of the company, an energy-modified building. L’objet du projet est de réaliser des travaux de rénovation/d’installation dans l’immeuble situé à Otmuchów (sur les terrains 165/11 et 165/13), qui est l’établissement de la requérante concernant: — Remplacement de l’éclairage par des LED économes en énergie, — Thermo-modernisation des installations/bâtiments de l’entreprise liés à l’isolation des murs extérieurs et intérieurs, réchauffement du toit de la menuiserie de fenêtres remplacement, remplacement des portes extérieures, — Installation d’installations photovoltaïques pour la production d’électricité. Le projet couvre 9 tâches et met en œuvre des types de projets: TYPE I: AWW. 1: Remplacement de l’éclairage pour les luminaires LED économes en énergie. TYPE IV: AWW. 2: Travaux de thermomodernisation dans le bâtiment liés au réchauffement de l’édifice. AWW. 3: Travaux de modernisation thermique dans le bâtiment liés au réchauffement du toit. AWW. 4: Travaux de modernisation thermique dans le bâtiment liés à l’isolation des murs extérieurs. AWW. 5: Travaux de thermomodernisation dans le bâtiment liés à l’isolation des murs internes. AWW. 6: Travaux de modernisation thermique dans le bâtiment liés au remplacement de menuiseries de fenêtres. AWW. 7: Travaux de modernisation thermique dans le bâtiment liés au remplacement des portes extérieures. TYPE V: AWW. 8: Application de panneaux photovoltaïques. Le projet sera mis en œuvre au cours de la période de: 01.01.2021-31.12.2022. Les effets directs du projet seront la capacité supplémentaire de produire de l’électricité à partir de sources renouvelables, l’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique de l’entreprise, un bâtiment modifié sur le plan énergétique. La mise en œuvre du projet répond aux besoins identifiés de la requérante. (French)
