Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost bezpieczeństwa ludności gminy Bircza poprzez zakup sprzętu i wyposażenia do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych i usuwania skutków katastrof lub poważnych awarii. Projekt realizowany jest w partnerstwie z OSP Bircza i OSP Sufczyna. W ramach projektu zakupione zostanie 195 sztuk sprzętu i wyposażenia ( 107 szt. dla OSP Bircza i 88 szt. dla OSP Sufczyna). Zakupione w ramach projektu zostaną następujące sprzęty i wyposażenie: pilarka spalinowa, detektor prądu, radiotelefony, agregat prądotwórczy, latarki, węże tłoczne, ubrania specjalne strażaka (wraz z hełmami, butami gumowymi, rękawicami ochronnymi), kombinezony dwuczęściowe wypornościowe, koła ratunkowe, kamizelki asekuracyjne, pompy elektryczne do pompowania studni, megafon przenośny. Pozyskanie sprzętu i wyposażenia do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych i usuwania skutków katastrof i poważnych awarii dla potrzeb OSP Bircza i OSP Sufczyna w gminie Bircza wpłynie na poprawę bezpieczeństwa ludności wszystkich miejscowości gminy, wzrost bezpieczeństwa na drogach, wzrost jakości i szybkość prowadzonych akcji ratowniczych oraz usuwania skutków katastrof lub poważnych awarii, zwiększy specjalizację i profesjonalizm zespołów OSP, wpłynie na wzrost bezpieczeństwa zespołów OSP podczas przeprowadzanych akcji ratunkowych. Zakupione środki trwałe będą posiadać wymagane atesty i certyfikaty co zapewni właściwe warunki użytkowania i bezpieczeństwa. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the safety of the population of the municipality of Bircza by purchasing equipment and equipment to carry out rescue operations and to deal with the consequences of disasters or major accidents. The project is implemented in partnership with the TSO Bircza and the TSO Sufczyna. The project will purchase 195 pieces of equipment and equipment (107 for Bircz TSO and 88 for Sufczyn TSO). The following equipment and equipment will be purchased under the project: combustion saw, current detector, radios, generator, flashlights, discharge hoses, firefighter’s special clothes (including helmets, rubber boots, protective gloves), two-piece displacement suits, life-wheels, safety vests, electric pumps for pumping wells, portable megaphone. The acquisition of equipment and equipment to carry out rescue operations and to remedy the consequences of catastrophes and major accidents for the needs of the TSOs Bircza and Sufczyna in the municipality of Bircza will improve the safety of the population of all localities of the municipality, increase road safety, increase the quality and speed of rescue operations carried out and the consequences of disasters or major accidents, increase the specialisation and professionalism of TSO teams, increase the safety of TSO teams during rescue operations. Purchased fixed assets will have the required attestations and certificates, which will ensure proper conditions of use and safety. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître la sécurité de la population de la municipalité de Bircza en achetant du matériel et de l’équipement pour mener des opérations de sauvetage et pour faire face aux conséquences de catastrophes ou d’accidents majeurs. Le projet est mis en œuvre en partenariat avec le GRT Bircza et le GRT Sufczyna. Le projet permettra d’acheter 195 équipements et équipements (107 pour le GRT de Bircz et 88 pour le GRT de Sufczyn). Les équipements et équipements suivants seront achetés dans le cadre du projet: scie à combustion, détecteur de courant, radios, générateur, lampes de poche, tuyaux de décharge, vêtements spéciaux de pompier (y compris casques, bottes en caoutchouc, gants de protection), combinaisons de déplacement en deux pièces, roues de sauvetage, gilets de sécurité, pompes électriques pour puits de pompage, mégaphone portable. L’acquisition d’équipements et d’équipements pour mener des opérations de sauvetage et pour remédier aux conséquences des catastrophes et des accidents majeurs pour les besoins des GRT Bircza et Sufczyna dans la municipalité de Bircza améliorera la sécurité de la population de toutes les localités de la municipalité, augmentera la sécurité routière, augmentera la qualité et la rapidité des opérations de sauvetage menées et les conséquences de catastrophes ou d’accidents majeurs, augmentera la spécialisation et le professionnalisme des équipes de GRT, accroîtra la sécurité des équipes de GRT lors des opérations de sauvetage.
