Grupa docelowa: - 100% UP to os.zagr.ubóstwem lub wykl.społ., min. 50% UP-ON w um./zn.stopniu,niep.sprzęż/zaburz.psych. - os. do 18 roku życia nie będą stanowić więcej niż 25% grupy docelowej. Działania: 1. Opracowanie Indywidualnej Ścieżki Reintegracji – 4h/UP Cel: diagnoza sytuacji problemowej, także z punktu widzenia sytuacji zdrowotnej ON, społecznej i zawodowej, zasobów, potencjału, predyspozycji i możliwości. 2. Life and carreer coaching 10h/UP Cel: wsparcie mentalne uczestników oraz zminimalizowanie negatywnych skutków związanych z wykl.społ.,ubóstwem,bezrobociem i niepełn. 3. Specjalistyczne wsparcie doradcze 8h/UP Cel: przełamanie indyw.barier w aktywizacji społ. 4. Poradnictwo zawodowe grupowe (2 gr. x 24h) i indywidualne 4h/UP- Cel: podniesienie aktywności zawod. UP, ułatwienie kontaktu z pracodawcami 5. Ind.dobrane szkolenia śr.120h, Cel: podniesienie umiejętności zawodowych UP w odniesieniu do zbadanych luk kompetencyjnych, potrzeb i planów zawod. 6. Pośrednictwo pracy 8h/UP Cel: zwiększenie możliwości podjęcia zatrudnienia 7. Staże - 6 m-cy/UP Cel: zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego i integracja społeczna Dzięki ww. wsparciu znacznie wzrosną szanse UP na aktywiz. zawod. i społ. i na zdobycie zatrudn., a to przyczyni się do osiągn. celu szcz. Life and carreer coaching 10h/UP Objective: mental support of participants and minimisation of the negative effects associated with vacancy, poverty, unemployment and incompleteness. 3. Specialised advisory support 8h/UP Objective: breaking the indivis.barrier in the activation of the community. 4. Group guidance (2 gr. x 24h) and individual 4h/UP- Purpose: raising the activity of the profession. Up, facilitate contact with employers 5. Objectif: augmentation de l’activité sociale et de l’occupation. 20 personnes pauvres ou ponctuées, sans emploi ni profession passive, âgées de 18 à 67 ans, vivant dans les districts de Kutnowski et de Łęczyce, conduisant à un retour sur le marché du travail et à une intégration dans la société grâce à la mise en œuvre de parcours de réinsertion dans le cercle sélectionnés individuellement et complets. 01.10.2020-30.09.2021. Développement de la voie de réintégration individuelle — 4h/UP Objectif: le diagnostic de la situation problématique, également du point de vue de la situation sanitaire de l’AS, la situation sociale et professionnelle, les ressources, le potentiel, la prédisposition et les opportunités. 2. Coaching vie et aidant 10h/UP Objectif: soutien mental des participants et minimisation des effets négatifs associés aux postes vacants, à la pauvreté, au chômage et au caractère incomplet. 3. Assistance consultative spécialisée 8h/UP Objectif: briser l’indivis.barrière dans l’activation de la communauté. 4. Guide de groupe (2 gr. x 24h) et individuel 4h/UP- Objet: augmenter l’activité de la profession. Plus haut, faciliter les contacts avec les employeurs 5. Ind.sélection de formations éd.120h, But: améliorer les compétences professionnelles de l’AP par rapport aux lacunes de compétences examinées, aux besoins et aux plans de la profession. 6. Placement d’emploi 8h/UP Objet: accroître les possibilités d’emploi 7. Stages — 6 mois/UP Objectif: acquérir de l’expérience professionnelle et de l’intégration sociale Grâce au soutien susmentionné, les chances de UP pour l’activisme et l’activité sociale et de gagner des difficultés augmenteront considérablement, ce qui contribuera à atteindre l’objectif de chance.
