Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka i kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynku użyteczności publicznej – Miejskiego Przedszkola nr 2 w Głownie. Termomodernizacja budynku przewiduje docieplenieścian zewnętrznych, ścian piwnic, ścian fundamentowych i ścian cokołu fundamentowego ponad gruntem,docieplenie stropodachów: pełnego, nad parterem i nad piętrem,wymianę okna – naświetla i drzwi balkonowe, wymianę zewnętrznych drzwi drewnianych, drzwi aluminiowych wejścia głównego wraz z wykonaniem prac towarzyszących określonych w audycie. Modernizacji podlega również modernizacja systemu grzewczego oraz ciepłej wody użytkowej wraz podłączeniem budynku do zewnętrznej sieci gazowej. Ww. prace wymagają wykonania prac towarzyszących. Oprócz prac termomodernizacyjnych projekt swym zakresem obejmuje takżewydatki niekwalifikowalne: opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej, audytu energetycznego oraz dokumentacji aplikacyjnej (WoD i część załączników), sprawowanie nadzoru inwestorskiego oraz działania informacyjno-promocyjne. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku Miejskiego Przedszkola nr 2 w Głownie poprzez głębokie i kompleksowe działania termomodernizacyjne. Zostanie on osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących celów szczegółowych: - Ograniczenie strat ciepła przez przenikanie w budynku, poprzez zwiększenie izolacyjności przegród budowlanych oraz wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, - Poprawa stanu technicznego infrastruktury energetycznej poprzez modernizację i podniesienie sprawności systemu grzewczego i cwu, - Zwiększenie komfortu cieplnego oraz warunków przebywania w budynkach. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią głównie osoby korzystające z obiektu:wychowankowie placówki, kadra pedagogiczna i obsługa obiektu oraz beneficjenci pośredni - pozostali mieszkańcy Gminy Miasta Głowno odwiedzający placówkę (rodzice, przedstawiciele różnych instytucji, władze gminy). The subject of the project is a deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of the public utility building – Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 in Głowno. Thermomodernisation of the building provides for insulation of external walls, basement walls, foundation walls and walls of the foundation plinth above the ground, insulation of the reeds: full, above the ground floor and above the floor,replacement of windows – illuminates and balcony doors, replacement of external wooden doors, aluminium doors of the main entrance and execution of accompanying works specified in the audit. The modernisation of the heating system and domestic hot water, together with the connection of the building to the external gas network, is also being modernised. The above-mentioned works require accompanying works. In addition to thermomodernisation works, the project also covers ineligible expenditure: preparation of technical documentation, energy audit and application documentation (WoD and part of annexes), investor supervision and information and promotion activities. The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the municipal kindergarten No. 2 in Głowno through deep and comprehensive thermomodernisation activities. It will be achieved through the following specific objectives: — Reducing heat losses by penetrating the building by increasing the insulation of building partitions and replacing window and door joinery, – Improving the technical condition of the energy infrastructure by modernising and improving the efficiency of the heating and noise system, – Increase the thermal comfort and living conditions in buildings. The target group of the project is mainly people using obiektu:wychowankowie facility, pedagogical staff and facility service, as well as indirect beneficiaries – other residents of the Municipality of Głowno visiting the facility (parents, representatives of various institutions, municipal authorities). L’objet du projet est une modernisation énergétique approfondie et complète du bâtiment d’utilité publique — maternelle municipale no 2 à Głowno. La thermomodernisation du bâtiment permet d’isoler les murs extérieurs, les murs de sous-sol, les murs de fondation et les murs du socle de fondation au-dessus du sol, l’isolation des roseaux: plein, au-dessus du rez-de-chaussée et au-dessus du sol, remplacement des fenêtres — éclairages et portes de balcon, remplacement des portes extérieures en bois, portes en aluminium de l’entrée principale et exécution des travaux d’accompagnement spécifiés dans l’audit. La modernisation du système de chauffage et de l’eau chaude domestique ainsi que le raccordement du bâtiment au réseau gazier externe sont également en cours de modernisation. Les travaux susmentionnés nécessitent des travaux d’accompagnement. Outre les travaux de thermomodernisation, le projet couvre également des dépenses inéligibles: préparation de la documentation technique, de l’audit énergétique et de la documentation relative aux applications (WdD et partie des annexes), supervision des investisseurs et activités d’information et de promotion. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’efficacité énergétique de la maternelle municipale no 2 à Głowno grâce à des activités de thermomodernisation approfondies et complètes. Elle sera réalisée au moyen des objectifs spécifiques suivants: — Réduire les pertes de chaleur en pénétrant dans le bâtiment en augmentant l’isolation des cloisons de bâtiment et en remplaçant les menuiseries de fenêtres et de portes, — Améliorer l’état technique de l’infrastructure énergétique par la modernisation et l’amélioration de l’efficacité du système de chauffage et de bruit, — Améliorer le confort thermique et les conditions de vie dans les bâtiments. Le groupe cible du projet est principalement constitué de personnes utilisant l’installation obiektu:wychowankowie, du personnel pédagogique et du service de l’installation, ainsi que des bénéficiaires indirects — d’autres résidents de la municipalité de Głowno visitant l’établissement (parents, représentants de diverses institutions, autorités municipales).
