Głównym przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej wraz z zastosowaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii w obiekcie Leśnej Stacji Dydaktycznej w Lipach. Podstawowy zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje prace termomodernizacyjne, tj. docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, modernizację instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, modernizację wentylacji, wymianę oświetlenia na energooszczędne LED oraz zastosowanie odnawialnych źródeł energii – w postaci montażu instalacji fotowoltaicznej. Realizacja projektu umożliwi zmniejszenie zużycia oraz strat energii cieplnej i elektrycznej, ograniczenie kosztów ogrzewania i oświetlenia budynku Stacji, poprawi warunki pobytu użytkowników korzystających z obiektu i warunki pracy personelu oraz zmniejszy emisję szkodliwych zanieczyszczeń gazowych i pyłów do atmosfery (w szczególności - 14,91 tony równoważnika CO2/rok). Tym samym przyczyni się do ograniczenia lub zniwelowania problemów związanych z niską efektywnością i sprawnością systemu grzewczego, niezadowalającym wyposażeniem technicznym obiektu, niedostatecznym wykorzystaniem systemu grzewczego oraz niedostosowaniem budynków do wymogów związanych z wartością współczynnika przenikania ciepła. Dzięki realizacji projektu nastąpi poprawa warunków życia mieszkańców powiatu gorzowskiego na skutek ograniczenia zanieczyszczenia środowiska naturalnego oraz poprzez zapewnienie odpowiedniej jakości bazy edukacyjno-przyrodniczej dostępnej publicznie. Celem głównym projektu jest zmniejszenie poziomu energochłonności obiektu Leśnej Stacji Dydaktycznej w Lipach. Do celów szczegółowych projektu zaliczyć należy: odpowiednie wykorzystanie systemu grzewczego, dostosowanie budynku do wymogów związanych z wartością współczynnika przenikania ciepła, zapewnienie właściwej efektywności i sprawności systemu grzewczego oraz właściwe wyposażenie techniczne budynku. The main object of the project is to carry out a comprehensive energy modernisation with the use of renewable energy sources in the facility of Forest Didactic Station in lindens. The main material scope of the project includes thermomodernisation works, i.e. insulation of external walls, replacement of window and door joinery, modernisation of central heating installations, modernisation of ventilation, replacement of lighting with energy-efficient LEDs and the use of renewable energy sources – in the form of installation of photovoltaic installation. The implementation of the project will make it possible to reduce consumption and losses of heat and electricity, reduce heating and lighting costs of the station building, improve the living conditions of users of the facility and the working conditions of staff, and reduce the emission of harmful gaseous and dust pollutants into the atmosphere (in particular – 14.91 tonnes of CO2-equivalent/year). In doing so, it will reduce or eliminate problems related to the low efficiency and efficiency of the heating system, the unsatisfactory technical equipment of the facility, the under-use of the heating system and the failure of buildings to adapt to the requirements of the heat transfer coefficient. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the living conditions of the inhabitants of the Gorzów district will be improved as a result of reducing environmental pollution and by ensuring the quality of the educational and nature base available to the public. The main objective of the project is to reduce the level of energy intensity of the forest didactic station in lindens. The specific objectives of the project include: appropriate use of the heating system, adaptation of the building to the requirements of the heat transfer coefficient, ensuring proper efficiency and efficiency of the heating system and the proper technical equipment of the building. L’objectif principal du projet est de réaliser une modernisation complète de l’énergie avec l’utilisation de sources d’énergie renouvelables dans l’installation de Forest Didactic Station à lindens. Le champ d’application principal du projet comprend les travaux de thermomodernisation, c’est-à-dire l’isolation des murs extérieurs, le remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres et des portes, la modernisation des installations de chauffage central, la modernisation de la ventilation, le remplacement de l’éclairage par des LED économes en énergie et l’utilisation de sources d’énergie renouvelables — sous forme d’installation d’installation photovoltaïque. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra de réduire la consommation et les pertes de chaleur et d’électricité, de réduire les coûts de chauffage et d’éclairage du bâtiment de la gare, d’améliorer les conditions de vie des utilisateurs de l’installation et les conditions de travail du personnel, et de réduire les émissions de gaz polluants nocifs et de poussières dans l’atmosphère (en particulier — 14,91 tonnes d’équivalent CO2/an). Ce faisant, elle permettra de réduire ou d’éliminer les problèmes liés au faible rendement et à l’efficacité du système de chauffage, à l’équipement technique insatisfaisant de l’installation, à la sous-utilisation du système de chauffage et à l’incapacité des bâtiments à s’adapter aux exigences du coefficient de transfert de chaleur. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, les conditions de vie des habitants du district de Gorzów seront améliorées grâce à la réduction de la pollution de l’environnement et à la qualité de la base éducative et naturelle à la disposition du public. L’objectif principal du projet est de réduire le niveau d’intensité énergétique de la station didactique forestière à lindens. Les objectifs spécifiques du projet sont les suivants: utilisation appropriée du système de chauffage, adaptation du bâtiment aux exigences du coefficient de transfert de chaleur, garantissant le bon rendement et l’efficacité du système de chauffage et l’équipement technique approprié du bâtiment.
