UP (kryteria formalne) to osoby fizyczne mieszkające (w rozumieniu Ustawy - Kodeks cywilny) lub pracujące lub uczące się na terenie woj. kujawsko pomorskiego. UP to osoby dorosłe w wieku 18-65 lat, które z własnej inicjatywy chcą nabywać, podnosić lub uzupełniać posiadane kompetencje, kwalifikacje i umiejętności, należące do grup defaworyzowanych, czyli wykazujących największą lukę kompetencyjną i posiadających największe potrzeby w dostępie do edukacji, w szczególności osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach i osoby powyżej 50 roku życia (również osoby w wieku powyżej 65 roku życia, bez względu na ich status na rynku pracy, które z własnej inicjatywy są zainteresowanie nabyciem, uzupełnieniem lub podwyższeniem umiejętności, kompetencji lub kwalifikacji zawodowych, o ile zadeklarują gotowość do zatrudnienia po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie).Zadania:1. Kursy prowadzące do uzyskiwania kwalifikacji funkcjonujących w ramach Zintegrowanego Rejestru Kwalifikacji2. Kursy prowadzące do uzyskiwania kwalifikacji uregulowanych (uprawnień), wydawanych przez organy władzy publicznej3. Kursy prowadzące do uzyskiwania kompetencjiRezultaty: minimum 70% UP (2 240 osób), w tym minimum 52% kobiet uzyska kwalifikacje/kompetencje. Objective: Upskilling and professional qualifications of 3200 adults (including at least 52 % of women) aged 18-65 from Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province, reporting on their own initiative the need to improve professional qualifications attested by external certification by the end of 2022. Target group: 3200 people, including at least 52 % of K. UP (formal criteria) are natural persons living (within the meaning of the Civil Code Act) or working or learning in the Kujawsko Pomorskie Voivodeship. Up are adults aged 18-65 who, on their own initiative, wish to acquire, upgrade or supplement their competences, qualifications and skills belonging to disadvantaged groups, i.e. those with the greatest skills gap and who have the greatest needs in accessing education, in particular the low-skilled and those over the age of 50 (also those over the age of 65, regardless of their labour market status, who, on their own initiative, are interested in acquiring, supplementing or improving skills, competences or professional qualifications, provided that they declare their willingness to work after their participation in the project).Tasks:1. Courses leading to obtaining qualifications functioning within the Integrated Qualification Register2. Courses leading to obtaining regulated qualifications (authorisations) issued by public authorities3. Objectif: Renforcement des compétences et qualifications professionnelles de 3 200 adultes (dont au moins 52 % des femmes) âgés de 18 à 65 ans de la province de Kujawsko-Pomorskie, faisant état de leur propre initiative de la nécessité d’améliorer les qualifications professionnelles attestées par une certification externe d’ici la fin 2022. 3200 personnes, dont au moins 52 % de K. UP (critères formels) sont des personnes physiques vivant (au sens de la loi sur le Code civil) ou travaillant ou apprenant dans la voïvodie de Kujawsko Pomorskie. Il s’agit des adultes âgés de 18 à 65 ans qui, de leur propre initiative, souhaitent acquérir, améliorer ou compléter leurs compétences, qualifications et aptitudes appartenant à des groupes défavorisés, c’est-à-dire ceux qui ont le plus grand déficit de compétences et qui ont le plus besoin d’accéder à l’éducation, en particulier les personnes peu qualifiées et les plus de 50 ans (y compris les personnes de plus de 65 ans, quel que soit leur statut sur le marché du travail, qui, de leur propre initiative, souhaitent acquérir, compléter ou améliorer des aptitudes, des compétences ou des qualifications professionnelles, à condition qu’ils se déclarent disposés à travailler après leur participation au projet).Tâches:1. Cours menant à l’obtention de qualifications fonctionnant dans le registre intégré des qualifications2. Cours menant à l’obtention de qualifications réglementées (autorisations) délivrées par les autorités publiques3.
