Przedmiotem projektu jest zagospodarowanie terenu wokół świetlicy wiejskiej w Zagorzycach mające na celu odnowę przestrzeni zdegradowanej zidentyfikowanej w Lokalnym Programie Rewitalizacji Gminy Radziejów na lata 2016 – 2023.Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Radziejów. Warto jednakże zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć interesariuszy rewitalizacji, w tym przede wszystkim lokalną społeczność, czyli mieszkańców wsi Zagorzyce, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji inwestycji objętej niniejszym projektem.Projekt będzie realizowany w miejscowości Zagorzyce na działce nr 117/4, 7/1 i 7/2.Głównym problemem jest brak miejsca spotkań i rekreacji dla mieszkańców. Głównym celem jest zapewnienie mieszkańcom wysokiej jakości infrastruktury pełniącej funkcje aktywizacji społecznej.Planowanymi produktami realizacji projektu będą: a) Liczba obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach – 3 szt.b) Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją – 0,45 ha c) Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 0 szt.d) Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 3 szt.Planowanym rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie:a) Liczba osób korzystająca ze zrewitalizowanych obszarów – 120 osóbZakres rzeczowy/harmonogram realizacji projektu przedstawia się następująco:1. The object of the project is the development of the area around the rural community centre in Zagorzyce with the aim of renewing the degraded space identified in the Local Programme for the Revitalisation of the Municipality of the Council for the period 2016-2023. The beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Radajów. It is worth noting, however, that due to the nature of the investment, the final beneficiaries should include stakeholders of revitalisation, including primarily the local community, i.e. residents of the village Zagorzyce, as they will benefit most from the implementation of the investment covered by this project. The project will be implemented in Zagorzyce on plots 117/4, 7/1 and 7/2.The main problem is the lack of a meeting and recreation place for residents. The main goal is to provide residents with high-quality infrastructure performing social activation functions.The planned products of the project will be: a) Number of infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas – 3 pcs.b) Area area of revitalised areas – 0.45 ha c) Number of projects in which costs of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities were financed – 0 pcs.d) Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities – 3 pcs.The planned result of the project will be:a) Number of people using revitalised areas – 120 personsThe material scope/timeline of the project implementation is as follows:1. L’objet du projet est le développement de la zone autour du centre communautaire rural de Zagorzyce dans le but de renouveler l’espace dégradé identifié dans le programme local de revitalisation de la municipalité du conseil pour la période 2016-2023. Le bénéficiaire du projet est la municipalité de Radajów. Il convient toutefois de noter qu’en raison de la nature de l’investissement, les bénéficiaires finaux devraient inclure les parties prenantes de la revitalisation, y compris principalement la communauté locale, c’est-à-dire les résidents du village de Zagorzyce, car ils bénéficieront le plus de la mise en œuvre de l’investissement couvert par ce projet. Le projet sera mis en œuvre à Zagorzyce sur les parcelles 117/4, 7/1 et 7/2.Le principal problème est l’absence d’un lieu de rencontre et de loisirs pour les résidents. L’objectif principal est de fournir aux résidents une infrastructure de haute qualité assurant des fonctions d’activation sociale.Les produits prévus du projet seront: a) Nombre d’installations d’infrastructure situées dans des zones revitalisées — 3 piècesb) Superficie de zones revitalisées — 0,45 ha c) Nombre de projets dans lesquels les coûts d’aménagements raisonnables pour les personnes handicapées ont été financés — 0 PC.d) Nombre d’installations adaptées aux besoins des personnes handicapées — 3 pièces.Le résultat prévu du projet sera:a) Nombre de personnes utilisant des zones revitalisées — 120 personnesLa portée matérielle et le calendrier de mise en œuvre du projet sont les suivants:1.
