Celem projektu(pr)„Aktywni zawodowo”jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie 575 uczniów/nic szkół zaw.PŚ,poprzez podniesienie efektywności kształcenia zaw. w zakresie doradz.edukacyjno-zawodowego,staży i praktyk zawodowych,dodatkowych zajęć podnoszących wiedzę,umiejętności(um) ikwalifikacje(kw) zaw.uczniów (U), zajęcia dyd-wyr kursy oraz studia podyplomowe dla 14 nauczycieli(n-li)oraz doposażenie (dop) 4 szkoły(T,BSIS ZSP Ś, T ZSP N,T ZSOiP)kształcących zawodowo w okresie od 02.01.2020r. do 30.09.2022r.Gr. docelową są szkoły prowadzące kształcenie zawodowe PŚ: T i BSIS w Zespole Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych(ZSP)w Świeciu(Ś), T i BSIS w ZSP w Nowem(N), T nr 2 w Zespole Szkół Ogólnokształcących i Policealnych(ZSOiP) w Świeciu, Zespół Szkół Specjalnych (ZSS) w Świeciu oraz U i n-lew/w szkół.W ramach pr realizowane będzie dor edukacyjno-zaw.,staże i praktyki zawodowe,dodatkowe zaj.pozalekcyjne i pozaszkolne ukierunkowane na podnoszenie wiedzy,um i (kw) zaw. U, zaj. w szkołach wyższych,wizyty studyjne w zakładach pracy oraz wyjazdy na targi specj. związane zdaną grupą zaw,wsparcie U w zakresie zdobywania dodatkowych uprawnień,doskonalenie um i kompetencji zaw. n-li kształcenia zaw. oraz dop pracowni zaw.w szkołach.Główne produkty,które będą osiągnięte dzięki realizacji pr.to:14 n-li kształcenia zaw. będzie objętych wsparciem w programie,86 U podniesie/nabędzie kompetencje kluczowe lub um uniwersalne,260 U będzie uczestniczyć w stażach i praktykach zawodowych,4 szkoły kształ. zaw(jw.) zostanie dopw sprzęt i materiały niezbędne do realizacji kształ.zaw.,575 U zostanie objętych wsparciem w ramach programu.Główne rezultaty,które będą osiągnięte dzięki realizacji pr. to:14 n-li kształcenia zaw. uzyska/podniesie kwalifikacje zaw.,4 szkoły kształcenia zaw. The aim of the project(s) “Active Professionals” is to increase the employability of 575 pupils/nothing schools in the field of education and vocational counselling, traineeships and apprenticeships, additional learning activities, skills and qualifications of students (U), by improving the effectiveness of education and training in the field of educational and professional counselling, traineeships and apprenticeships. teaching classes courses and postgraduate studies for 14 teachers (n-li) and retrofitting (dop) of 4 schools (T,BSIS ZSP Ś, T ZSP N,T ZSOiP) who have been professionally trained in the period from 02.01.2020 to 30.09.2022r.The target are schools providing vocational training of PŚ: T and BSIS in the Secondary Secondary School Complex (ZSP) in Świecie (Ś), T and BSIS in the ZSP in Nowem(N), T No. 2 in the Complex of General Education and Police Schools (ZSOiP) in Świecie, Special Schools Complex (ZSS) in Świecie and U and n-left/in schools. As part of the curriculum, training courses and apprenticeships, additional post-recommendation and extra-school courses aimed at improving knowledge,um and (kw) above. U, in higher education institutions, study visits to workplaces and trips to special trade fairs associated with a given group of in-houses, support U in the field of gaining additional qualifications, improvement of training and competences in connection with education and training in schools. The main products, which will be achieved through the implementation of the current:14 n-li incl. education, will be supported in the programme, 86 U will increase/acquisition key competences or um universal,260 U will participate in internships and apprenticeships,4 schools of education incl. will be provided with the equipment and materials necessary for the implementation of the education incl.,575 U will be supported under the programme.The main results which will be achieved through the implementation of:14 n-li incl. education will obtain/increase qualifications of incl.,4 schools of education. ZSP(Ś),ZSP(N), ZSOiP(E) will use the ESF,61U will increase/acquire key competences or um universal, approx. 350U will increase/complete professional competences,230U will increase/acquire practical skills. BSIS ZSP Ś, T ZSP N, T ZSOiP) qui ont été formés professionnellement au cours de la période allant du 02.01.2020 au 30.09.2022r.L’objectif est les écoles dispensant une formation professionnelle de PŚ: T et BSIS dans le complexe secondaire secondaire (ZSP) à Świecie (Ś), T et BSIS dans le ZSP à Nowem(N), T no 2 dans le complexe d’enseignement général et de police (ZSOiP) à Świecie, complexe d’écoles spéciales (ZSS) à Świecie et U et à gauche/dans les écoles. U, dans les établissements d’enseignement supérieur, visites d’études sur les lieux de travail et voyages à des foires commerciales spéciales associées à un groupe donné d’entreprises, soutien U dans le domaine de l’obtention de qualifications supplémentaires, l’amélioration de la formation et des compétences dans le cadre de l’éducation et de la formation dans les écoles. Les principaux produits, qui seront obtenus grâce à la mise en œuvre de l’actuel: 14 n-li y compris l’éducation, seront soutenus dans le programme, 86 U augmentera/acquisition de compétences clés ou um universel, 260 U participeront à des stages et à des apprentissages,4 écoles d’enseignement comprenant les équipements et le matériel nécessaires à la mise en œuvre de l’enseignement incl. 575 U seront soutenus dans le cadre du programme.Les principaux résultats qui seront obtenus grâce à la mise en œuvre de: 14 n-li incl. l’éducation obtiendra/augmentera les qualifications d’incl.,4 écoles d’enseignement. ZSP(Ś), ZSP(N), ZSOiP(E) utiliseront le FSE, 61U augmenteront/acquériront des compétences clés ou um universels, environ 350U augmenteront/complèteront les compétences professionnelles,230U augmenteront/acquériront des compétences pratiques.
