Przedmiotem projektu są prace polegające na remoncie świetlicy wiejskiej w miejscowości Zegartowice, mające na celu odnowę przestrzeni zdegradowanej zidentyfikowanej w Gminnym Programie Rewitalizacji Gminy Papowo Biskupie na lata 2017 – 2023.Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Papowo Biskupie. Warto jednakże zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć interesariuszy rewitalizacji, w tym przede wszystkim lokalną społeczność, czyli mieszkańców wsi Zegartowice, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji niniejszej inwestycji.Projekt będzie realizowany w miejscowości Zegartowice na działce nr 84.Głównym problemem jest brak uporządkowanych przestrzeni publicznych pełniących funkcje aktywizacji społecznej.Głównym celem jest utworzenie uporządkowanej przestrzeni publicznej pełniącej funkcje aktywizacji społecznej.Planowanymi produktami realizacji projektu będą: a) Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na zrewitalizowanych obszarach – 1 szt.b) Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 1szt.c) Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 0 szt.d) Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją – 0,02 haPlanowanym rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie:a) Liczba osób korzystająca ze zrewitalizowanych obszarów – 100 osóbZakres rzeczowy inwestycji obejmuje realizację następujących działań: 1. The subject of the project is works consisting of the renovation of a rural community centre in Zegartowice, aimed at restoring the degraded space identified in the Municipal Programme for the Revitalisation of the Municipality of Papowo Biskupie for the years 2017-2023. The beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Papowo Biskupie. Le projet a pour objet la rénovation d’un centre communautaire rural à Zegartowice, destiné à restaurer l’espace dégradé identifié dans le programme municipal de revitalisation de la municipalité de Papowo Biskupie pour les années 2017-2023. Le bénéficiaire du projet est la municipalité de Papowo Biskupie. Il convient toutefois de noter qu’en raison de la nature de l’investissement, les bénéficiaires finaux devraient inclure les parties prenantes de la revitalisation, y compris principalement la communauté locale, c’est-à-dire les résidents du village de Zegartowice, parce qu’ils bénéficieront le plus de la mise en œuvre de cet investissement.Le projet sera mis en œuvre à Zegartowice sur la parcelle no 84.Le principal problème est le manque d’espaces publics ordonnés assurant des fonctions d’activation sociale.L’objectif principal est de créer un espace public ordonné avec des fonctions d’activation sociale.Les produits prévus du projet seront: a) Nombre d’infrastructures soutenues situées dans des zones revitalisées — 1 pcs.b) Nombre d’installations adaptées aux besoins des personnes handicapées — 1 pcs.c) Nombre de projets qui ont financé les coûts d’aménagements raisonnables pour les personnes handicapées — 0 pcs.d) La superficie des zones couvertes par la revitalisation — 0,02 a le résultat prévu du projet sera:a) Nombre de personnes utilisant des zones revitalisées — 100 personnesLa portée de l’investissement comprend la mise en œuvre des actions suivantes: 1.
