Проектното предложение включва дейности за подобряване на природозащитното състояние на кръстатия (царски) орел (Aquila heliaca) в изпълнение на Плана за действие за опазване на кръстатия орел (Aquila heliaca) в България 2014-2022 г., утвърден със Заповед РД-371/17.04.2013 г. на министъра на околната среда и водите. Дейностите съответстват на Приложение 1 към Насоките за кандидатстване към процедура BG16M1OP002-3.027 „Мерки за подобряване на природозащитното състояние на птици - 2“ и обхващат следните мерки:2.2.1. Монтиране поне по едно изкуствено гнездо в районите на всички сигурни гнездови находища 2.2.2. Направа на изкуствени гнезда за привличане на вида в подходящи местообитания2.3.1. Изкуствено подхранване на двойките кръстати орли със среден гнездови успех под едно малко от средата на март до края на юли2.3.2. Изкуствено подхранване на кръстатите орли през зимата2.6.1. Предприемане на мерки за предотвратяване на загиването на кръстати орли от електрически ток и сблъскване с електропроводи.2.6.2. Да се обезопасят по подходящ начин рисковите от гледна точка на загиване на птици от токов удар стълбове в радиус 5 км. от гнездо на кръстат орел, както и в местата с концентрация на неразмножаващи се кръстати орли.3.4.1. Проучване влиянието на електропреносната и електроразпределителната мрежа върху кръстатия орел в районите на гнездовите находища.Очаква се проектът да подобри природозащитното състояние на вида, предмет на опазване в мрежата Натура 2000. Дейностите ще се изпълняват на територията на Република България, по-конкретно:-В защитени зони за опазване на дивите птици от европейската екологична мрежа Натура 2000 (ЗЗ): BG0002021 Сакар, BG0002059 Каменски баир, BG0002058 Сините камъни-Гребенец, BG0002057 Бесапарски ридове, BG0002094 Адата-Тунджа (мерки 2.2.1, 2.2.2, 2.3.1, 2.3.2)-В ЗЗ, където видът е предмет на опазване (мярка 3.4.1)-В ЗЗ, където видът е предмет на опазване, приоритизирани в проучването по мярка 3.4.1 (мерки 2.6.1, 2.6.2). The project proposal includes activities to improve the conservation status of the king’s eagle (Aquila heliaca) in implementation of the Action Plan for the Conservation of the Crossed Eagle (Aquila heliaca) in Bulgaria 2014-2022, approved by Order RD-371/17.04.2013 of the Minister of Environment and Water. The activities comply with Annex 1 of the Guidelines for Application to procedure BG16M1OP002-3.027 “Measures to improve the conservation status of birds — 2” and cover the following measures:2.2.1. Installation of at least one artificial nest in the areas of all safe nests 2.2.2. Making artificial nests to attract the species into suitable habitats2.3.1. Artificial feeding of pairs of crossed eagles with medium breeding success under one small one from mid-March to the end of July2.3.2. Artificial feeding of cross eagles in winter2.6.1. Take measures to prevent the loss of crossed eagles from electric current and collision with power lines.2.6.2. To adequately secure the risk of perishment of birds by electric shocks within a radius of 5 km from the nest of the crossed eagle, as well as in places with concentration of non-breeding crossed eagles.3.4.1. The project is expected to improve the conservation status of the species protected in the Natura 2000 network. The activities will be carried out on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, in particular:-In protected areas for the conservation of wild birds of the European ecological network Natura 2000 (ZZ): BG0002021 Sakar, BG0002059 Kamenski Bair, BG0002058 Blue Kamani-Grebenetz, BG0002057 Besaparski ridove, BG0002094 Ada-Tunja (measures 2.2.1, 2.2.2, 2.3.1, 2.3.2)-BZ, where the species is subject to conservation (measure 3.4.1)-BZ, where the species is subject to conservation, prioritised in the study under measure 3.4.1 (measures 2.6.1, 2.6.2). La proposition de projet comprend des activités visant à améliorer l’état de conservation de l’aigle royal (Aquila heliaca) dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du plan d’action pour la conservation de l’aigle croisé (Aquila heliaca) en Bulgarie 2014-2022, approuvé par l’arrêté RD-371/17.04.2013 du ministre de l’environnement et de l’eau. Les activités sont conformes à l’annexe 1 des lignes directrices pour l’application de la procédure BG16M1OP002-3.027 «Mesures visant à améliorer l’état de conservation des oiseaux — 2» et couvrent les activités suivantes: measures:2.2.1. Installation d’au moins un nid artificiel dans les zones de tous les nids sûrs 2.2.2. Faire des nids artificiels pour attirer l’espèce dans des habitats convenables2.3.1. L’alimentation artificielle de paires d’aigles croisés ayant un succès de reproduction moyen sous un petit, de la mi-mars à la fin juillet2.3.2. Alimentation artificielle des aigles croisés en hiver2.6.1. Prendre des mesures pour éviter la perte d’aigles croisés du courant électrique et la collision avec les lignes électriques.2.6.2. Assurer adéquatement le risque de périssement des oiseaux par des chocs électriques dans un rayon de 5 km du nid de l’aigle croisé, ainsi que dans les endroits où la concentration d’aigles croisés non reproducteurs.3.4.1. Le projet devrait améliorer l’état de conservation des espèces protégées dans le réseau Natura 2000. Les activités seront menées sur le territoire de la République de Bulgarie, notamment:-Dans les zones protégées pour la conservation des oiseaux sauvages du réseau écologique européen Natura 2000 (ZZ): BG0002021 Sakar, BG0002059 Kamenski Bair, BG0002058 Blue Kamani-Grebenetz, BG0002057 Besaparski ridove, BG0002094 Ada-Tunja (mesures 2.2.1, 2.2.2, 2.3.1, 2.3.2)-BZ, lorsque l’espèce fait l’objet d’une conservation (mesure 3.4.1)-BZ, lorsque l’espèce fait l’objet d’une conservation, considérée comme prioritaire dans l’étude au titre de la mesure 3.4.1 (mesures 2.6.1, 2.6.2). Der Projektvorschlag umfasst Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung des Erhaltungszustands des Königsadlers (Aquila heliaca) zur Umsetzung des Aktionsplans zur Erhaltung des Kreuzadlers (Aquila heliaca) in Bulgarien 2014-2022, genehmigt durch den Erlass RD-371/17.04.2013 des Ministers für Umwelt und Wasser. Die Tätigkeiten entsprechen Anhang 1 der Leitlinien für die Anwendung des Verfahrens BG16M1OP002-3.027 „Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung des Erhaltungszustands von Vögeln – 2“ und betreffen die folgenden measures:2.2.1. Installation von mindestens einem künstlichen Nest in den Bereichen aller sicheren Nester 2.2.2. Künstliche Nester machen, um die Art in geeignete Lebensräume zu locken2.3.1. Künstliche Fütterung von Paaren gekreuzter Adler mit mittlerem Zuchterfolg unter einem kleinen von Mitte März bis Ende Juli2.3.2. Künstliche Fütterung von Kreuzadlern im Winter2.6.1. Maßnahmen ergreifen, um den Verlust von gekreuzten Adlern durch elektrischen Strom und Kollisionen mit Stromleitungen zu verhindern.2.6.2. Um das Risiko des Verderbens von Vögeln durch Elektroschocks im Umkreis von 5 km vom Nest des gekreuzten Adlers sowie an Orten mit einer Konzentration von nicht Zuchtkreuzadlern angemessen zu sichern.3.4.1. Mit dem Projekt soll der Erhaltungszustand der im Natura-2000-Netz geschützten Arten verbessert werden. Die Tätigkeiten werden im Hoheitsgebiet der Republik Bulgarien durchgeführt, insbesondere:-In Schutzgebieten für die Erhaltung der wildlebenden Vogelarten des Europäischen ökologischen Netzes Natura 2000 (ZZ): BG0002021 Sakar, BG0002059 Kamenski Bair, BG0002058 Blau Kamani-Grebenetz, BG0002057 Besaparski ridove, BG0002094 Ada-Tunja (Maßnahmen 2.2.1, 2.2.2, 2.3.1, 2.3.2)-BZ, bei denen die Art der Erhaltung unterliegt (Maßnahme 3.4.1)-BZ, wo die Art in der Studie gemäß Maßnahme 3.4.1 (Maßnahmen 2.6.1, 2.6.2) vorrangig behandelt wird.
