Gmina Świecie będzie realizowała projekt pn. „Rozbudowa i termomodernizacja budynku przedszkola nr 8 w Świeciu”. Inwestycja zlokalizowana będzie w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim, w miejscowości Świecie, na działce nr 172/9 jednostka ewidencyjna 041409_4, Świecie-Miasto, obręb ewidencyjny 041409_4.0001, Świecie.W ramach projektu przewiduje się wykonanie robót budowlanych, robót branży sanitarnej oraz promocję projektu. Celem strategicznym i bezpośrednim przedmiotowego projektu jest podniesienie efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej położonego w gminie Świecie, poprzez jego termomodernizację. Pozwoli to na ograniczenie emisji szkodliwych gazów i pyłów występujących przy produkcji energii cieplnej oraz do wzrostu efektywności energetycznej. Projekt ma na celu poprawę komfortu cieplnego budynku użyteczności publicznej.Celem głównym przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej i gospodarki niskoemisyjnej w regionie poprzez termomodernizację budynku przedszkola nr 8 w Świeciu. Celem szczegółowym projektu jest m.in: ograniczenie zużycia energii i zasobów w regionie, zmniejszenie kosztów ogrzewania i wytwarzania energii, wzrost innowacyjności w regionie, zwiększenie racjonalności wydatków budżetowych, pozytywny wpływ na zmiany klimatu i ochronę środowiska. The Municipality of Świecie will implement the project entitled Extension and thermomodernisation of kindergarten building 8 in Świecie. The investment will be located in the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in Świecie, on plot no. 172/9, cadastral unit 041409_4, Świecie-City, cadastral division 041409_4.0001, Świecie. The project provides for the execution of construction works, works of the sanitary industry and promotion of the project. The strategic and direct objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of a public building located in the municipality of Świecie through its thermal modernisation. This will reduce emissions of harmful gases and dusts in heat production and increase energy efficiency. The project aims to improve the thermal comfort of the public building. The main objective of the project is to improve energy efficiency and low-carbon economy in the region through the thermomodernisation of kindergarten building No. 8 in Świecie. The specific objective of the project is, inter alia: reducing energy and resource consumption in the region, reducing heating and energy costs, increasing innovation in the region, increasing the rationality of budgetary expenditure, positive impacts on climate change and environmental protection. La municipalité de Świecie mettra en œuvre le projet intitulé Extension et thermomodernisation du bâtiment de maternelle 8 à Świecie. L’investissement sera situé dans la voïvodie de Kujawsko-Pomeranian, à Świecie, sur le terrain no 172/9, unité cadastrale 041409_4, Świecie-City, division cadastrale 041409_4.0001, Świecie. Le projet prévoit l’exécution des travaux de construction, les travaux de l’industrie sanitaire et la promotion du projet. L’objectif stratégique et direct du projet est d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique d’un bâtiment public situé dans la municipalité de Świecie par sa modernisation thermique. Cela permettra de réduire les émissions de gaz nocifs et de poussières dans la production de chaleur et d’accroître l’efficacité énergétique. Le projet vise à améliorer le confort thermique du bâtiment public, dont l’objectif principal est d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique et l’économie à faibles émissions de carbone dans la région grâce à la thermomodernisation du bâtiment de maternelle no 8 à Świecie. L’objectif spécifique du projet est, entre autres: réduire la consommation d’énergie et de ressources dans la région, réduire les coûts du chauffage et de l’énergie, accroître l’innovation dans la région, accroître la rationalité des dépenses budgétaires, les effets positifs sur le changement climatique et la protection de l’environnement.
