Проектът цели осигуряване на социална интеграция на лица в неравностойно положение на пазара на труда и други социално изключени лица,чрез създаване на социално предприятие/Консултантски център за бизнес развитие/и постигане на дългосрочен и устойчив резултат с мултиплициращ ефект.Проектните дейности са насочени към стимулиране на социално включване и възстановяване на изгубени социални умения и навици,чрез осигуряване на условия за личностна и професионална реализация,социална и психологическа подкрепа,професионални и мотивационни обучения.Проектът ще бъде с продължителност 14 месеца.Дейностите включват: Организация и управление;Информиране и публичност; Подбор на целевите групи;Създаване и развитие на Център за психологическа подкрепа,мотивация и социална интеграция на уязвимите групи;Създаване и развитие на Социално предприятие "Консултантски център за бизнес развитие"; Закупуване на оборудване,обзавеждане,ДМА;Провеждане на професионално обучение на 4 от включените в заетост лица от целевите групи; Провеждане на обучение по ключова компетентност 4 „Дигитална компетентност” на 7 от новоназначените лица в СП; Проучване на търсенето и възможностите за пазарна реализация на предлаганите консултантски услуги за стартиране и развитие на бизнес;Популяризиране на социалната икономика и социалното предприемачество чрез социален маркетинг.Резултати: Създадено социално предприятие с ясно определена социална мисия и визия за развитие; Изграждане на устойчива нагласа за активност на пазара на труда при лица от уязвими групи, осигурявайки условия за максимална адаптация към обществения, социален и трудов живот; Създаден „Център за психологическа подкрепа, мотивация и социална интеграция” към социалното предприятие, за предоставяне на социални и психологически консултации на представителите на целевата група; Подпомагане на социалното включване на целевите групи за преход към реалния пазар на труда,гарантиращо достъпа им до заетост и минимизиране на риска от социална изолация. The project aims to ensure social integration of disadvantaged people in the labour market and other socially excluded persons through the establishment of a social enterprise/Consultancy Center for Business Development/and achieving a long-term and sustainable result with a multiplier effect. The project activities are aimed at stimulating social inclusion and restoring lost social skills and habits, by providing conditions for personal and professional realisation, social and psychological support, professional and motivational trainings. The project will last 14 months. The activities include: Organisation and management;Information and publicity; Selection of target groups; Establishment and development of Center for Psychological Support, Motivation and Social Integration of Vulnerable Groups; Establishment and Development of Social Enterprise “Consultation Center for Business Development”; Purchase of equipment, furnishing, DMA; Conducting vocational training of 4 of the targeted persons in employment; Conducting training on key competences 4 “Digital Competence” of 7 of the newly recruited persons in the JU; Study of the demand and market opportunities of the offered consulting services for business start-up and development;Promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship through social marketing. Created a social enterprise with a clearly defined social mission and vision for development; Building a sustainable attitude for labour market activity for persons from vulnerable groups, providing conditions for maximum adaptation to social, social and working life; Established “Centre for Psychological Support, Motivation and Social Integration” at the social enterprise to provide social and psychological advice to the representatives of the target group; Supporting the social inclusion of target groups for transition to the real labour market, ensuring their access to employment and minimising the risk of social exclusion. Le projet vise à assurer l’intégration sociale des personnes défavorisées sur le marché du travail et d’autres personnes socialement exclues par la création d’une entreprise sociale/Centre de conseil pour le développement des entreprises/et d’obtenir un résultat durable à long terme avec un effet multiplicateur. Les activités du projet visent à stimuler l’inclusion sociale et à rétablir les compétences et les habitudes sociales perdues, en fournissant des conditions de réalisation personnelle et professionnelle, un soutien social et psychologique, des formations professionnelles et motivantes. Organisation et gestion; Information et publicité; La sélection des groupes cibles; la création et le développement d’un centre de soutien psychologique, de motivation et d’intégration sociale des groupes vulnérables; la création et le développement de l’entreprise sociale «Centre de consultation pour le développement des entreprises»; Achat d’équipements, d’ameublement, DMA; Formation professionnelle de 4 des personnes visées dans l’emploi; Dispenser une formation sur les compétences clés 4 «compétence numérique» de 7 des personnes nouvellement recrutées dans l’entreprise commune; Étude de la demande et des opportunités de marché des services de conseil offerts pour le démarrage et le développement d’entreprises;Promotion de l’économie sociale et de l’entrepreneuriat social par le marketing social. Création d’une entreprise sociale dotée d’une mission sociale clairement définie et d’une vision du développement; L’instauration d’une attitude durable à l’égard de l’activité sur le marché du travail pour les personnes appartenant à des groupes vulnérables, en prévoyant les conditions d’adaptation maximale à la vie sociale, sociale et professionnelle; Création d’un «Centre de soutien psychologique, de motivation et d’intégration sociale» au sein de l’entreprise sociale pour fournir des conseils sociaux et psychologiques aux représentants du groupe cible; Soutenir l’inclusion sociale des groupes cibles pour la transition vers le marché du travail réel, garantir leur accès à l’emploi et réduire au minimum le risque d’exclusion sociale. Ein soziales Unternehmen mit einer klar definierten sozialen Aufgabe und Vision für die Entwicklung geschaffen hat; Schaffung einer nachhaltigen Einstellung zur Arbeitsmarktaktivität für Personen aus gefährdeten Gruppen, die Bedingungen für eine maximale Anpassung an das soziale, soziale und berufliche Leben bietet; Einrichtung eines „Zentrums für psychologische Unterstützung, Motivation und soziale Integration“ im Sozialunternehmen, um die Vertreter der Zielgruppe sozial und psychologische Beratung zu leisten; Unterstützung der sozialen Eingliederung von Zielgruppen für den Übergang zum realen Arbeitsmarkt, Gewährleistung ihres Zugangs zur Beschäftigung und Minimierung des Risikos der sozialen Ausgrenzung.
