Включените в инвестицията строителство на ново производствено хале и технологично оборудване на предприятието предполагат създаването на модерна преработвателна единица на територията на селска община. The construction of a new production hall and technological equipment included in the investment imply the creation of a modern processing unit on the territory of a rural municipality. In the construction of such a processing plant, its location is very important. From a situational and communication point of view, the selected terrain creates conditions for the construction of an enterprise of modern type. The site is in close proximity to active communication systems and energy sources. From an economic point of view, the location of the new establishment is characterised by all the advantages granted to it by the rich raw material area of fruit, water and energy resources, the location of which coincides with the area of the organic plantations grown by the applicant. La construction d’une nouvelle salle de production et de l’équipement technologique inclus dans l’investissement implique la création d’une unité de transformation moderne sur le territoire d’une municipalité rurale. Dans la construction d’une telle usine de transformation, son emplacement est très important. Du point de vue de la situation et de la communication, le terrain choisi crée des conditions pour la construction d’une entreprise de type moderne. Le site est à proximité immédiate des systèmes de communication actifs et des sources d’énergie. D’un point de vue économique, la localisation du nouvel établissement se caractérise par tous les avantages qui lui sont conférés par la zone riche en matières premières de fruits, d’eau et d’énergie, dont la localisation coïncide avec la superficie des plantations biologiques cultivées par la requérante. Beim Bau einer solchen Verarbeitungsanlage ist seine Lage sehr wichtig. Aus situations- und kommunikativer Sicht schafft das ausgewählte Terrain Bedingungen für den Bau eines Unternehmens des modernen Typs. Der Standort befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu aktiven Kommunikationssystemen und Energiequellen. Aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht zeichnet sich der Standort des neuen Betriebs durch alle Vorteile aus, die ihr durch die reiche Rohstofffläche der Obst-, Wasser- und Energieressourcen gewährt werden, deren Standort mit der Fläche der von der Klägerin angebauten organischen Plantagen zusammenfällt.
