Celem projektu jest doprowadzenie do samozatrudnienia grupy 113 mieszkańców powiatów: olsztyńskiego ziemskiego i M.Olsztyn w wieku 30+ lat, pozostających bez pracy lub pracujących z najniższym wynagrodzeniem, a także reemigrantów. W grupie docelowej znajdą się głównie osoby bezrobotne (zarejestrowane oraz niezarejestrowane), ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osób należących do jednej z poniższych kategorii: a. osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, b. kobiety, c. osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, d. osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, e. osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (z wykształceniem do poziomu matury). Część miejsc przewidziano dla bezrobotnych nie należących do powyższych podgrup oraz dla nisko wynagradzanych osób pracujących i reemigrantów. Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując pomoc szkoleniową przy założeniu działalności gospodarczej oraz bezzwrotne dofinansowanie wydatków inwestycyjnych w kwocie 23,05 tys. zł i bieżących w kwocie 1,5 tys. zł miesięcznie przez pierwsze pół roku lub dłużej. The aim of the project is to bring to self-employment a group of 113 inhabitants of districts: Olsztyn and Olsztyn aged 30+, unemployed or working with the lowest wages, as well as remigrants. The target group will mainly include the unemployed (registered and unregistered), with a particular focus on persons belonging to one of the following categories: a. persons over 50 years old, b. women, c. persons with disabilities, d. long-term unemployed, e. low-skilled (with education up to the Baccalaureate level). Part of the places are provided for unemployed people not belonging to these sub-groups and for low-paid workers and remigrants. The project provides for a comprehensive and personalised approach to each of the participants, offering training assistance on the basis of economic activity and non-repayable co-financing of investment expenditure in the amount of PLN 23.05 thousand and current expenditure in the amount of PLN 1.5 thousand per month for the first half of the year or more. The project will be implemented from March 2020 to December 2023. Information and registration at the nearest WMZDZ facility in the voivodship. (English)
