Proj. ma na CELU zwiększenie do 31.08.2021 zdolności do zatrudnienia oraz aktywnego udziału w życiu społecznym i zawodowym 60 (34K/26M) osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w wieku od 18 lat, zamieszkujących w rozumieniu KC na obszarze woj. warmińsko-mazurskiego w POWIATACH: braniewskim, bartoszyckim, elbląskim, kętrzyńskim, mrągowskim, piskim,nowomiejskim i działdowskim, pozostających bez zatrudnienia-wyłącznie osoby bierne zawodowo lub bezrobotne, wobec których zastosowanie wyłącznie instrumentów i usług rynku pracy jest niewystarczające i istnieje konieczność zastosowania w pierwszej kolejności usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym(w tym min.18 (10K/8M) długotrwale bezrobotnych), spośród których minimum 7(4K/3M) to osoby z niepełnosprawnościami. Cel zostanie osiągnięty przez objęcie ww. grupy wsparciem w ramach 4 ZADAŃ: 1.identyfikacja potrzeb wraz z opracowaniem IŚR i treningi kompetencji społecznych 2.indywidualne poradnictwo prawne i obywatelskie, psychologiczne oraz zawodowe w formie jobcoachingu 3.szkolenia zawodowe 4.staże oraz pośrednictwo pracy Proj. przyniesie REZULTATY:Do 4 tyg.po opuszczeniu programu: *uzyskanie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez min.40%UP *podjęcie zatrudnienia(w tym na własny rachunek) przez min.25%UP *poszukiwanie pracy przez min.20%UP - oraz efektywność społeczna i zatrudnieniowa do 3 m-cy po ukończeniu udziału w projekcie: *w odniesieniu do osób z niepełnosprawnościami wskaźnik efektywności: społecznej- min.34%, zatrudnieniowej- min.12% *w odniesieniu do pozostałych osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym wskaźnik efektywności: społecznej - min.34%,zatrudnieniowej– min.25% (Polish)

Project aims at CELU to increase the employability and active participation in social and working life by 31.08.2021 of 60 (34K/26M) people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, aged 18 years, living within the meaning of the CC in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship in the districts of: Braniev, Bartoszycki, Elbląg, Kętrzyn, Mrzegowski, Piski, New-urban and Divisional, unemployed – exclusively inactive or unemployed, for whom only labour market instruments and services are insufficient and there is a need to prioritise active inclusion services of a social nature (including at least 18 (10K/8M) long-term unemployed), of whom a minimum of 7(4K/3M) are persons with disabilities. The objective will be achieved by providing support to the above-mentioned group under the 4 REQUIREMENTS: 1.identification of needs together with the development of IMR and training of social competences 2.Individual legal and civic, psychological and professional counselling in the form of jobcoaching 3.professional training courses 4.internships and job placements Proj. will bring RESULTATS:Up to 4 weeks after leaving the program: *obtaining professional qualifications by at least 40 % of the PLO *employment (including self-employment) by a minimum of 25 % of the PLO * seeking work for at least 20 % of the PLO – and social and employment efficiency up to 3 months after completing participation in the project: *for persons with disabilities, performance indicator: social – min.34 %, employment – min.12 % *for other people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, performance rate: social – min.34 %, employment – min.25 % (English)
