Projekt oferuje wsparcie dla 50 (28K, 22M), bez pracy (niezarejestrowanych w PUP), w wieku 18-64 lat, charakteryz.się co najmniej jedną z cech osobyzagr.ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ.z obszaru realizacji proj. w okresie od.30.09.2019 do 31.10.2020 poprzez :- identyfikację potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym,- doradztwo zawodowe,- zdiagnozowanie potrzeb szkol.,- wsparcie psychologiczne,- szkolenia prowadzące do podniesienia, uzupełnienia lub zmiany kwalif. zawod.,- aktywizację społeczną – trening kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych- staże zawodowe- działania o charakterze środowiskowym.Cel główny skupia się na wspieraniu grupy docelowej: aktywizacja społ.-zawodowa 50 osób (28K/22M) bez pracy (niezarejestrowanych w PUP), w wieku 18-64 lat, charakteryz.się co najmniej jedną z cech osoby zagrożonej ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ.z obszaru realizacji proj.,w okresie 30.09.2019-31.10.2020przyczyniająca się do wzrostu ich szans na rynku pracy.Dzięki realizacji projektu UP nabędą kwalifikacje/kompetencje/umiejętności, które zwiększą szanse na zdobycie zatrudnienia po zakończeniu projektu.Każdy uczestnik po zakwalif. się do proj. otrzyma indywid., kompleksową pomoc w zakresie identyfikacji potrzeb oraz zdiagnozowania możliwości wzakresie doskonalenia zawodowego. Nastąpi sprecyzowanie potrzeb w kontekście posiadanych kwalifikacji zawodowych. Dla każdego UP zostaniesporządzony IŚR, który wyznacza kierunek koniecznych działań do podjęcia prawidłowego korzystania z form wsparcia. W celu zaktywizowania grupydocelowej nastąpi motywowanie poprzez kształtowanie przekonania o własnej wartości, wyposażenie w kwalifikacje i umiejętności poprzez udział wszkoleniach i stażach oraz nawiązywanie kontaktów z pracodawcami.Projekt przyniesie długoterminowe efekty w postaci polepszenia jakości zasobów ludzkich na rynku pracy oraz polepszenia sytuacji życiowej 50 UP. The project offers support for 50 (28K, 22M), unemployed (unregistered in the PLO), aged 18-64, characterised by at least one of the characteristics of the person at risk of poverty or exclusion. from the area of project implementation in the period from 30.09.2019 to 31.10.2020 through:- identification of the needs of people who are unemployed, at risk of poverty or social exclusion,- career guidance,- diagnosis of school needs.,- psychological support,- training leading to uplifting, supplementing or changing qualifications. profession.,- social activation – training of competences and social skills- work placements- activities of an environmental nature. The main objective focuses on supporting the target group: social-professional activation of 50 people (28K/22M) without work (not registered in the PLO), aged 18-64, characterised by at least one of the characteristics of a person at risk of poverty or exclusion. from the scope of the project, in the period 30.09.2019-31.10.2020, contributing to an increase in their chances on the labour market. Thanks to the implementation of the project UP will acquire qualifications/competences/skills, which will increase the chances of gaining employment after the end of the project. Each participant after enrolment in the project will receive comprehensive assistance in the field of identification of needs and diagnosis of opportunities in the field of professional development. Needs will be clarified in the context of their professional qualifications. For each PPP, the IBM will be prepared, which sets the direction of the necessary actions to take the correct use of forms of support. In order to activate the target group, there will be motivation by shaping self-confidence, equipping with qualifications and skills through participation in training and internships and establishing contacts with employers. The project will bring long-term results in the form of improving the quality of human resources on the labour market and improving the life situation of 50 UP.
