Projekt polega na zakupie sprzętu, wyposażenia i wartości niematerialnych i prawnych oraz środków ochrony w celu wzmocnienia konkurencyjności wnioskodawcy dotkniętego skutkami COVID-19. W ramach projektu wnioskodawca zamierza nabyć wyposażenie i urządzenia podzielone na trzy główne grupy: 1. Związane z automatyzacją procesów usługowych i zwiększaniem poziomu „samoobsługowości” maszyn i urządzeń, wprowadzeniem nowych rodzajów usług, indywidualizacją treningów, wprowadzeniem nowych form treningowych. 2. Związane z wprowadzeniem nowych kanałów komunikacji i nowych sposobów świadczenia usług, w tym świadczonych zdalnie. 3. Związane z bieżącą dezynfekcją pomieszczeń, urządzeń i ochroną osobistą personelu, w celu spełnienia obowiązujących i przyszłych reżimów sanitarnych związanych z zapobieganiem epidemii COVID-19. Pierwszym etapem realizacji projektu będzie wybór dostawców i wykonawców urządzeń, usług i oprogramowania objętych projektem. W kolejnym etapie wnioskodawca wprowadzi do oferty nowe produkty i usługi. W ostatnim etapie realizacji wdrożone zostaną nowe kanały dystrybucji i nowe sposoby świadczenia usług, które zamkną komplementarnie całość realizacji projektu. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SZOOP RPO WiM dla Osi Priorytetowej 1 Poddziałanie 1.3.5 cel tematyczny 3. priorytet inwestycyjny 3a, schemat B typ 2 projektów poprzez wzmocnienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa oraz stworzenie dla niego lepszych warunków rozwoju. The project consists of the purchase of equipment, equipment and intangible assets and protection measures to strengthen the competitiveness of the applicant affected by COVID-19. As part of the project, the applicant intends to purchase equipment and equipment divided into three main groups: 1. Associated with automation of service processes and increasing the level of “self-service” of machines and devices, introduction of new types of services, individualisation of training, introduction of new forms of training. 2. Related to the introduction of new communication channels and new ways of providing services, including those provided remotely. 3. Related to ongoing disinfection of premises, equipment and personal protection of staff, in order to comply with existing and future sanitary regimes related to the prevention of the COVID-19 outbreak. The first stage of the project will be the selection of suppliers and contractors of the equipment, services and software covered by the project. In the next phase, the applicant will introduce new products and services to the offer. In the final stage of implementation, new distribution channels and new ways of providing services will be put in place, which will close the whole project implementation in a complementary way. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the SZOOP ROP WiM for Priority Axis 1 Sub-measure 1.3.5 thematic objective 3. Investment priority 3a, diagram B type 2 projects by strengthening the competitiveness of the enterprise and creating better conditions for its development. (English)
