Projekt dot. wprowadzenia do szkół z AO 4 twórczych programów kształcenia w zakresie rozwijania komp.klucz. i umiejętności uniwers. uczniów w tym ze SPE niezbędnych do funkcjon. na rynku pracy. 3890 uczniów z AO otrzyma wsparcie w zakresie dodatk.zajęć podnosz. kompet. klucz., 280 n-li weźmie udział w formach dosk. w obszarze kreat. metod kształc., ped.specj. i wych a 3000 n-li w TIK (COVID). Kompleks. programów polegać będzie na jednoczesnym kształc.kilku komp. klucz i umiejętn. uniwers. podczas jednych zajęć. Ww. organizacja zajęć pozwoli na wielokierunkowy i całościowy rozwój uczniów, co jest zgodne ze Strategią ZIT AO, Priorytet 3 – Wysoka jakość edukacji, tj. Rozwój kompet. istotnych na rynku pracy, w której czytamy: „Klucz. wyzwaniem stojącym przed AO jest zintegrowanie przestrzenne, społ. i gosp., dlatego potrzebne jest zintensyfikowanie działań w wielu gminach w AO poprzez rozwijanie komp. klucz.na wszystkich poziomach eduk.”. Projekt wpisuje się ww. założenia Strategii AO, poprzez m.in. komplek. wsparcie 40 szkół z 13 gmin AO poprzez wykorzystanie przetestowanych programów, metod, narzędzi i dobrych praktyk z projektów RZPWE skier.do: przedszkoli: „Dwujęz. Opolsz.…”, szkół zawod..: „Kształcenie zawod. dla rynku pracy”, kształc.ogól.: „Młodzi odkrywcy …”, „Odkrywcy sekretów nauki…”„Sztuczna inteligencja…”, "Kluczborska szkoła ćwiczeń", Program Edukacja z EOG, rozwij.kreatywne i innowac.podejście do nauczania i łącznie 109 szkół z 21 gmin AO poprzez wsparcie TIK w ramach COVID. Realiz. proj. zmniejszy problemy depopulac. AO, gdyż atrakcyjna edukacja służy zatrzymaniu kapitału ludzkiego w regionie.W.przeprowadził konsultacje społ. z organami prowadz., n-lami i otrzymał akceptację. Objęcie wsparciem 3890 uczniów, w tym z terenów wiejskich i ze SPE, śr. 3000 n-li formami doskonalenia, doposażenie szkół w sprzęt i pomoce dydakt. pozwoli na podniesienie jakości kształcenia i odnalezienia się przyszłych absolwentów na rynku pracy. Project to introduce 4 creative education programs in schools with AO in the field of developing comp. key. and universal skills of students, including the SPE necessary to function on the labour market. 3890 students from the AO will receive support in the field of add-ons. activities you lift. Compet. key., 280 n-li will take part in forms in the area of Creat. methods of education., ped.special. and above a 3000 n-li in ICT (COVID). The complex of programs will be based on simultaneously educating.several comp. key and skilful. universal. during one class. The above mentioned organisation of classes will allow for multi-directional and holistic development of students, which is in line with the ZIT AO Strategy, Priority 3 – High quality of education, i.e. Development of compet. relevant to the labour market, in which we read: The key challenge facing AO is spatial integration, social integration, and gosp., which is why it is necessary to step up activities in many municipalities in AO by developing the key. at all levels of education. The project fits in with the above-mentioned objectives of the AO Strategy, by, among others, supporting 40 schools from 13 AO municipalities through the use of tested programs, methods, tools and good practices from RZPWE projects skier.to: kindergartens: “Twojaz. Opolsz....", schools profession..: Vocational training for the labour market, general education: “Young explorers...", "Discoverers of the secrets of science..." "Artificial intelligence...", "Kluczborska School of Exercise", "Education from the EEA Programme, develop.creative and innovate.Association to teaching and a total of 109 schools from 21 AO municipalities through COVID ICT support. Realisation. proj. will reduce the problems of depopulac. AO, because attractive education serves to retain human capital in the region.W. conducted consultations with the authorities leading, n-lami and received approval. Coverage of 3890 pupils, including rural and SPE, ed. 3000 n-li forms of improvement, equipping schools with equipment and teaching aids will help to improve the quality of education and find future graduates on the labour market.
