Planowane do osiągnięcia wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu: Liczba os zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ objętych wsparciem w programie – wartość docelowa 30 L os z niepełnosprawnością (OzN) objętych wsparciem w programie – wartość docelowa 6 L os zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu – wartość docelowa 27 L os zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ, poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu – wartość docelowa 9 L os zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ, pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na wł rachunek) – wartość docelowa 7 Wskaźnik efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników projektu mierzony na zakończenie udziału w proj: 1. Main objective: Preventing the phenomenon of social exclusion and poverty and increased employability of 30 people (18K and 12M) excluded and at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including 6 persons with disabilities living in the Przysuskie district, Szydłowiecki – in the area of municipalities below the threshold of disadvantage of vo.mazowieckie, experiencing multiple exclusions between 10/2020 and XI/2021. Output and result indicators to be achieved: Number of persons at risk of poverty or exclusion of the population supported in the programme – target of 30 L persons with disabilities (OzN) supported in the programme – target of 6 L of persons at risk of poverty or exclusion who obtained a qualification after leaving the programme – target of 27 L of persons at risk of poverty or exclusion, jobseekers after leaving the programme – Target value of 9 L of persons at risk of poverty or exclusion, working after leaving the programme (including those working for an account) – Target 7 socio-employment rate for project participants measured at the end of participation in the proj: 1. Share of people from OzN who have made progress in social activation (social efficiency) – a target of 34 % 2. Share of people from OzN who met the employment performance criterion – target of 12 % 3.
