CEL GŁÓWNY/TERMIN:Podjęcie zatrudnienia u min.12% osób z niepełnosprawnościami i min.25% spośród pozostałych Uczestników Projektu,oraz podjęcie aktywności społecznej zmniejszającej zagrożenie wykluczeniem społecznym u min.34% osób z niepełnosprawnościami i min.34% u pozostałych Uczestników Projektu,spośród 60(33K)UP zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym,zamieszkujących (w rozumieniu KC)na obszarach(w gminach)poniżej progu defaworyzacji określonego w Mazowieckim barometrze ubóstwa i wykluczenia społecznego w okresie od 01.09.2020 do 31.08.2021 r. GRUPA DOCELOWA:60osób(33K18ON)zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społecznym(zgodnie z definicją SzooP i regulaminu konkursu RPMA.09.01.00-IP.01-14-086/19)z jednej lub kilku grup: os.doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia, os.o umiarkowanym/znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności,os.z niepełnosprawnością sprzężoną lub os.z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, w tym os.niepełnosprawnością intelektualną i os. z całościowymi zaburzeniami rozwojowymi[,zamieszkujących(wg.Kodeksu Cywilnego)na obszarach(w gminach)poniżej progu defaworyzacji okr.w Mazowieckim barometrze ubóstwa i wykluczenia społecznego. Min.30% ON.
