Celem gł. proj. jest przywrócenie zdolności do zatrudnienia 20 ON (12K i 8M), zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. zamieszk. na ter. pow. łódzkiego wschodniego. W ramach proj. poprzez rozszerzenie działalności ZAZ prowadzonego przez Stowarzyszenie Wsparcie Społeczne "Ja-Ty-My" o filię w Tuszynie 20 ON z orzeczeniem o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności i określonych w ustawie grup osób z orzeczeniem o umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności zostanie objętych rehabilitacją zawodową, społeczną i leczniczą. Obecnie na terenie pow. łódzkiego wschodniego nie funkcjonuje żaden ZAZ, rozszerzenie działalności istniejącego ZAZ o filię w Tuszynie pozwoli zapewnić zatrudnienie 20 niepełnosprawnych mieszkańców powiatu łódzkiego wschodniego, przygotowanie ich do życia w otwartym środowisku oraz pomoc w realizacji pełnego, niezależnego, samodzielnego i aktywnego życia na miarę ich indyw. możliwości. Gmina Tuszyn użyczy Wn. kuchnię wraz z zapleczem oraz salą restauracyjną w ośr. szkoleniowo-wypoczynkowy przy ul. 3 Maja 49 w Tuszynie oraz pomieszczenia umożliwiające prow. rehabilitacji BO. Stworzona w ramach proj. filia ZAZ będzie funkcjonowała w oparciu o Ustawę z dnia 27 sierpnia 1997 r. o rehabilitacji zawodowej i społecznej oraz zatrudnianiu ON art. 29. Projekt zakłada w ramach prowadzonej filii ZAZ: - zatrudn. 20 ON o znacznym i umiarkowanym st. niepełnosprawności; - rehabilit. zawodową, społeczna i leczniczą; - przygotow. do życia w otwartym środowisku; - dostosow. stanowisk pracy do indywid. potrzeb pracowników niepełnosprawnych; - mentoring instruktorów zawodu; - szkolenia w zakresie doradztwa zawod. i orientacji zawod., poszukiwania pracy na otwartym rynku, autoprezentacji i radzenia sobie ze stresem; - uczestnictwo w imprezach, festynach, wystawach i targach; - promowanie wizerunku ON jako pełnoprawnego pracownika w środowisku lok.; - udzielanie wsparcia terapeutycznego 20 osobom (członkom rodzin/opiekunom) ON poprzez udział w grupie wsparcia. The aim of the project is to restore the employability of 20 ON (12K and 8M), at risk of poverty or social exclusion in eastern Łódź. As part of the project, by extending the activities of ZAZ conducted by the Social Support Association “Ja-Ty-My” to include a branch in Tuszyn 20 ON with a certificate of severe disability and defined in the Act groups of people with a certificate of moderate disability will be subject to professional, social and medical rehabilitation. Currently, there is no ZAZ in the eastern Łódź region, extending the activities of the existing ZAZ to include a branch in Tuszyn will ensure the employment of 20 disabled inhabitants of the eastern Łódź county, preparing them for living in an open environment and helping them to realise full, independent, independent and active life according to their indivisible possibilities. The municipality of Tuszyn will lend Wn. cuisine with facilities and a restaurant room in the training and recreation area at ul. 3 May 49 in Tuszyn and rooms enabling the rehabilitation of BO. The ZAZ branch established under the project will operate on the basis of the Act of 27 August 1997 on Professional and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of ON Art. 29. The project assumes as part of the ZAZ branch: it’s a difficult one. 20 SAs with severe and moderate disability; — occupational, social and medical rehabilitation; — preparing for living in an open environment; — adaptation of workplaces to the individual needs of disabled workers; — mentoring of professional instructors; — training in career counselling and occupational orientation, job search in the open market, self-presentation and dealing with stress; — participation in events, festivals, exhibitions and fairs; — promoting the image of the SA as a full-fledged employee in the environment of the place. — providing therapeutic support to 20 persons (family members/guardians) of the SA through participation in the support group.
