Projekt zakłada wdrożenie przeprowadzonych prac B+R. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną zakupione urządzenia przeznaczone do produkcji nowego produktu: bram i siatek wypełnionych siatką węzłową oraz ulepszenia produktów: bram i furtek wypełnionych panelem lub profilem oraz słupków ogrodzeniowych. Efekty projektu przyczynia się do realizacji:-celu Osi 3RPO WL w priorytecie inwestycyjnym 3a Konkurencyjność przedsiębiorstw - Lepsze warunki do rozwoju MŚP oraz w 3c Wspieranie tworzenia i poszerzania zaawansowanych zdolności w zakresie rozwoju produktów i usług - Zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w MŚP - celów szczegółowych poddziałania 3.7Wzrost konkurencyjności MŚP, ponieważ dzięki realizacji projektu Siatpol będzie konkurował na rynkach unikalnymi pod względem właściwości i innowacyjnymi produktami. Spółka pragnie wprowadzić innowację technologiczną, której wdrożenie jest główną osią tego projektu inwestycyjnego. Planowanym efektem realizacji projektu jest znaczny wzrost żywotności, wytrzymałości, jakości oraz estetyki produkowanych bram i furtek oraz słupków. Opisana w projekcie inwestycja znacznie podniesie konkurencyjność wnioskodawcy na rynku regionalnym dzięki temu, że umożliwi produkcję bram i furtek wypełnionych siatką węzłową nieoferowanych dotychczas na rynku oraz znaczne ulepszenie oferowanych już bram i furtek wypełnionych panelem lub profilem oraz słupków. W wyniku realizacji projektu: a)wdrożone zostaną w firmie Siatpol wyniki prac B+R b)wdrożona zostanie innowacja produktowa - bramy i furtki wypełnione siatką węzłową (produkt innowacyjny w skali województwa lubelskiego i w skali kraju stosowana nie dłużej niż 3 lata); c)wdrożona zostanie innowacja procesowa-ulepszenie procesu spawalniczego w produkowanych bramach i furtkach wypełnionych panelem lub profilem oraz słupków ogrodzeniowych; d)wzrośnie konkurencyjność przedsiębiorstwa na rynku krajowym; e)wzmocniony zostanie kapitał osobowy przedsiębiorstwa poprzez utworzenie nowych miejsca pracy. The project involves the implementation of the R & D works carried out. As a result of the implementation of the project, equipment for the production of a new product will be purchased: gates and nets filled with node nets and product improvements: gates and gates filled with panel or profile and fence posts. The results of the project contribute to the implementation of the following objectives:-Axis 3ROP WL in the investment priority 3a Competitiveness of enterprises – Better conditions for the development of SMEs and in 3c Supporting the creation and expansion of advanced capacities for the development of products and services – Increased use of innovation in SMEs – specific objectives of sub-measure 3.7Increase the competitiveness of SMEs, as thanks to the implementation of the project SIATPOL will compete in markets unique in terms of characteristics and innovative products. The company wishes to introduce technological innovation, the implementation of which is the main axis of this investment project. The planned effect of the project is a significant increase in the service life, durability, quality and aesthetics of manufactured gates and gates and posts. The investment described in the project will significantly increase the applicant’s competitiveness on the regional market by making it possible to produce gates and gates filled with node nets not yet offered on the market and to significantly improve the already offered gates and gates filled with a panel or profile and posts. As a result of the project: (a)the results of R & D work will be implemented in SIATPOL (b)the product innovation will be implemented – gates and gates filled with a node net (innovative product on the scale of Lubelskie voivodship and in the country applied for no longer than 3 years); C)process innovation-improvement of welding process in manufactured gates and gates filled with panel or profile and fence posts will be implemented; (D)increase the competitiveness of the undertaking on the domestic market; e)the company’s human capital will be strengthened through the creation of new jobs.
