Planowana inwestycja polegać będzie na zakupie i montażu 5 instalacji fotowoltaicznych na dachach budynków handlowo-usługowych firmy Agroma Grupa Sznajder w: -Nidzicy –moc instalacji 14,79kW, działka nr 170/13,170/15,170/17, 58szt.paneli o mocy 255kW każdy -Pasłęku- 39,78kW ,dz. nr 20/8,153szt. paneli o mocy 260kW każdy -Olsztynie-39,78kW ,dz. 10/1,153szt. paneli o mocy 260kW każdy -Morągu-20,02kW,dz 23/7,77szt. paneli o mocy 260kW każdy -Bartoszyce-30,60kW, dz.75/4,120szt. paneli o mocy 255kW każdy Do realizacji przedmiotowej inwestycji nie są wymagane pozwolenie na budowę, ani uzyskanie decyzji środowiskowej.Uzyskana energia będzie wykorzystywana na potrzeby własne przedsiębiorstwa,a nadwyżka energii sprzedawana będzie do ogólnopolskiego operatora energii elektrycznej. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie udziału odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym w województwie warmińsko-mazurskim poprzez zakup i montaż pięciu instalacji fotowoltaicznych na dachach budynków firmy Agroma Olsztyn Grupa Sznajder Spółka z o.o.w miejscowościach:Bartoszyce,Nidzica,Pasłęk,Olsztyn,Morąg do XII 2017r. Etapy realizacji: 1. Etap przygotowań–wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności 2. Etap Wdrożenia- zakup i montaż w ramach każdej z 5 instalacji: a) paneli fotowoltaicznych b) inwerterów c) układ pomiarowy d) instalacja odgromowa e) połączenia wyrównawcze f) instalacja przeciwprzepięciowa g) ochrona od porażeń Projekt jest zgodny ze Strategią rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego województwa warmińsko- mazurskiego do roku 2025 oraz wpisuje się w SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 gdyż przyczynia się do realizacji zaplanowanych ww. dokumentach celów, wskaźników i rezultatów, jest zgodny z możliwymi do dofinansowania formami wsparcia oraz typem beneficjentów.Projekt realizuje cel działania 4.1 zwiększony udział OZE w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu poprzez zakup i montaż 5 instalacji fotowoltaicznej o łącznej mocy 144,97 kW. The planned investment will consist of the purchase and assembly of 5 photovoltaic installations on the roofs of commercial and service buildings of Agroma Grupa Sznader in: —Nidzicy – installation power 14,79 kW, plot no. 170/13,170/15,170/17, 58pcs.panels with a power of 255 kW each -Pasłęk- 39,78 kW,dz. no 20/8,153pieces. panels with a power of 260 kW each -Olsztyn-39,78 kW,dz. 10/1.153pcs. 260 kW panels each -Morąg-20.02 kW,dz 23/7,77pcs. panels with a capacity of 260 kW each -Bartoszyce-30.60 kW, dz.75/4,120pieces.The 255 kW panels are not required to carry out this investment, nor to obtain an environmental decision.The generated energy will be used for the own needs of the company, and the excess energy will be sold to the nationwide electricity operator. The main objective of the project is to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance in Warmia-Mazury voivodship by purchasing and assembling five photovoltaic installations on roofs of buildings of Agroma Olsztyn Grupa Sznajder Spółka z o.o. in the towns of:Bartoszyce,Nidzica,Pasłęk, Olsztyn, Morąg until XII 2017. Stages of implementation: 1. Stage of preparation-choice of the contractor in accordance with the principle of competitiveness 2. Implementation stage – purchase and assembly within each of the 5 installations: a) photovoltaic panels b) inverters c) measuring system d) lightning installation e) compensatory connections f) overvoltage installation g) protection from infestations The project is compatible with the strategy of socio-economic development of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship until 2025 and is inscribed in SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 as it contributes to the realisation of the planned objectives, indicators and results. L’investissement prévu consistera en l’achat et l’installation de 5 installations photovoltaïques sur les toits de bâtiments commerciaux et de services d’Agroma Grupa Sznajder dans: —Nidzicy — puissance de l’installation 14,79 kW, parcelle no 170/13 170/15,170/17, 58pcs.panels d’une capacité de 255 kW chacun -Pasłęk- 39,78 kW,z no 20/8,153 unités de 260 kW chacun -Olsztyn-39,78 kW,dz. 10/1 153 panneaux d’une capacité de 260 kW chacun -Plus-20,02 kW, dz 23/7.77pcs de panneaux d’une puissance de 260 kW chacun -Bartoszyce-30,60 kW, dz.75/4,120pcs de panneaux d’une capacité de 255 kW chacun Pour l’exécution de l’investissement en question ne sont pas requis un permis de construire ou l’obtention d’une décision environnementale. L’énergie obtenue sera utilisée pour les besoins propres de l’entreprise, et le surplus d’énergie sera vendu à l’opérateur national d’électricité. L’objectif principal du projet est d’augmenter la part des sources d’énergie renouvelables dans le bilan énergétique global de la voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie en achetant et en installant cinq installations photovoltaïques sur les toits des bâtiments d’Agroma Olsztyn Grupa Sznajder Spółka z o.o. à miejscowościach:Bartoszyce,Nidzica,Pasłęk,Olsztyn,Morąg jusqu’en décembre 2017. Étapes de la mise en œuvre: 1. Phase de préparation — Sélection du contractant conformément au principe de compétitivité 2. Étape de mise en œuvre — achat et montage au sein de chacune des 5 installations: a) panneaux photovoltaïques b) onduleurs c) système de mesure d) système de protection contre la foudre (e) connexions d’égalisation (f) protection contre les blessures g) protection contre les blessures Le projet est cohérent avec la stratégie de développement socio-économique de la voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie jusqu’en 2025 et fait partie du SZOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 parce qu’il contribue à la réalisation des objectifs des documents susmentionnés, le projet met en œuvre l’objectif de la mesure 4.1: augmentation de la part des sources d’énergie renouvelables dans le bilan énergétique global de la région en achetant et en installant 5 installations photovoltaïques d’une capacité totale de 14 497 kW.
