Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup 1 szt. samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z wyposażeniem oraz 7 kompletów sprzętu wykorzystywanego przy akcjach ratowniczych. Zakupiony przez Gminę pojazd zostanie przekazany do użytkowania dla OSP Kamińsk a zakupiony sprzęt dla OSP w: Kamińsku, Górowie Iławeckim, Grotowie, Janikowie, Kandytach, Pieszkowie i Toprzynach. Terenem oddziaływania projektu jest teren województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego, w których powyższe jednostki uczestniczą w zdarzeniach mających negatywny wpływ na środowisko regionu. Zakres projektu został przeanalizowany pod katem występujących potrzeb inwestycyjnych. W wyniku przeprowadzonej analizy wariantów ( Zał.1 SW) wybrano rozwiązanie zabezpieczające w sposób optymalny Warmię i Mazury przed wystąpieniem i skutkami klęsk żywiołowych i katastrof ekologicznych, co w pełni wpisuje się w założenia celu oraz typu projektu (Wyposażenie i wzmocnienie służb ratowniczych) SzOOP RPO WWM, wypełniając: Wskaźnik produktu: Liczba jednostek służb ratowniczych doposażonych w sprzęt do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych i usuwania skutków katastrof – 7 szt. W realizację projektu zaangażowano Gminę jak i jednostki OSP. Gmina odpowiada za: przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie przetargu, podpisanie umowy, odbiór techniczny sprzętu i rozliczenie z dostawcą, promocję, monitorowanie przebiegu projektu, rozliczenie dotacji, przekazanie w użyczenie sprzętu OSP. Do zadań jednostek OSP należy: promocja projektu i realizacja zadań merytorycznych projektu. Zapewnieniem wkładu własnego (15%) zajmie się Gmina, zostanie on pokryty ze środków własnych wnioskodawcy. Realizacja projektu zwiększy bezpieczeństwo mieszkańców województwa, podniesie zdolności operacyjne jednostek straży pożarnej i pozwoli na podjęcie szybkiej i skutecznej akcji ograniczającej skutki awarii, katastrof i klęsk żywiołowych. The subject of the project is the purchase of 1 pieces of rescue and fire-extinguishing vehicle with equipment and 7 sets of equipment used in rescue operations. The vehicle purchased by the Municipality will be transferred for use for the OSP Kaminsk and the purchased equipment for the TSO in: Kaminsk, Iławecki Mountains, Grotov, Janików, Candites, Pieszków and Toprzyny. The area of impact of the project is the area of Warmia-Mazury voivodship, in which the above units participate in events having a negative impact on the region’s environment. The scope of the project has been analysed for investment needs. As a result of the analysis of variants (Ac.1 SW), a solution was chosen to protect Warmia and Mazury in an optimal manner against the occurrence and consequences of natural disasters and environmental disasters, which fully fits in with the objectives and type of project (Equipment and strengthening of emergency services) SzOOP RPO WWM, completing: Product indicator: Number of rescue services equipped with rescue and disaster relief equipment – 7 pieces. The Municipality and OSP units were involved in the implementation of the project. The municipality shall be responsible for: preparation and execution of the tender, signing of the contract, technical acceptance of equipment and settlement with the supplier, promotion, monitoring of project progress, settlement of grants, transfer to the lending of TSO equipment. The tasks of TSO units shall include: promotion of the project and implementation of the substantive tasks of the project. Providing own contribution (15 %) will be handled by the Municipality and will be covered by the applicant’s own resources. The implementation of the project will increase the safety of inhabitants of the voivodship, increase the operational capabilities of fire brigades and will allow for rapid and effective action limiting the effects of accidents, catastrophes and natural disasters. L’objet du projet est l’achat d’une voiture de sauvetage et de lutte contre l’incendie avec équipement et 7 ensembles d’équipements utilisés dans les opérations de sauvetage. Le véhicule acheté par la municipalité sera transféré pour utilisation pour le GRT de Kamińsk et l’équipement acheté pour les GRT dans: Kaminsk, Iławecki Mountains, Grotów, Janików, candidats, Pieszków et Toprzynach. La zone d’impact du projet est celle de la voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie, dans laquelle les unités susmentionnées participent à des événements qui ont un impact négatif sur l’environnement de la région. Le champ d’application du projet a été analysé à la lumière des besoins d’investissement. À la suite de l’analyse des options (Zał.1 SW), une solution a été choisie pour protéger Warmia et Mazury contre la survenance et les conséquences des catastrophes naturelles et des catastrophes environnementales de manière optimale, ce qui correspond parfaitement aux objectifs et au type de projet (équipement et renforcement des services d’urgence) du MTR SzOOP ROP, en complétant: Indicateur de sortie: Nombre d’unités d’urgence équipées de matériel d’intervention d’urgence et de secours en cas de catastrophe — 7 Les unités de la municipalité et du GRT ont participé à la mise en œuvre du projet. La municipalité est responsable: préparation et exécution de l’appel d’offres, signature du contrat, réception technique de l’équipement et règlement avec le fournisseur, promotion, suivi de l’avancement du projet, règlement des subventions, transfert vers l’équipement du GRT. Les tâches des GRT sont les suivantes: promotion du projet et exécution des tâches de fond du projet. La contribution propre (15 %) sera fournie par la municipalité et sera couverte par les ressources propres du demandeur. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra d’accroître la sécurité des habitants de la voïvodie, d’accroître la capacité opérationnelle des unités de pompiers et de permettre une action rapide et efficace pour atténuer les conséquences des accidents, des catastrophes et des catastrophes naturelles.
