TIK do przetworz. do postaci elektron. dok. PZGIK oraz bud. i modern. baz dan. geoprzestrz. EGiB, BDOT500, BDSOG, RCiWN, GESUT. 3 etap obejmie wdrożenie 19 e-usług publ. w relacjach A2B i A2C oraz 1 usł. A2A, bazujących na ISP: 1)Usł. geokodowania adresu, 2)Usł. pozysk. dan. o adresie nieruch, 3)Zamów. zb. danych EGiB, 4)Usł. generowania licencji i wydania zb. dan.
