Проектът предвижда основен ремонт/реконструкция, обновяване, осигуряване на нова материално-техническата база и внедряване на мерки за енергийна ефективност в 3 обекта от социалната инфраструктура на Столична община, в които е предвидено предоставянето на пет от новите социални услуги в общността, определени за София в Картата на услугите за подкрепа в общността и в семейна среда, както следва: Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства, Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с множествени увреждания и техните семейства, Център за обществена подкрепа. Разпределението на обектите на интервенция по райони е следното: 1.р-н Надежда-ж.к. Надежда, ул. Сава Филаретов № 23 (Сградата на бивш ДДЛРГ „Ас.Златаров“) - ет. 2 и 32.р-н Подуяне-ж.к. Хаджи Димитър, ул. Баба Вида № 1 (Бивш СУПЦ „Кн. Борис I“)–етаж 4, подпокривен3. р-н Овча купел-кв. Горна баня, ул. Христо Стефчов №2 (Бивш дом за деца „Хр.Ботев“). Обновената инфраструктура и новата материално-техническа база ще допринесат за разкриването на нови качествени социални услуги в общността, осигуряващи социална подкрепа и включване. Услугите ще създадат възможност за активно социално включване на представителите на целевите групи, сред които: - деца и младежи с увреждания;- деца и младежи с трайни множествени увреждания;- деца и семества в риск, чрез социално и психологическо консултиране, превенция (от изоставяне, отпадане от у-ще и др.), подкрепа за реинтеграция на деца, изведени от семейна среда, обучение в умения за самостоятелен живот и социална интеграция на деца, настанени в резидентни услуги и др. Всички технически параметри на предстоящите СМР и ново оборудване предназначени за осигуряването на материално-техническата основа, необходима за разкриването на новите услуги са в пълно съответствие с разработените и утвърдени от МТСП функционални изисквания и насоки за изграждане на инфраструктурата и релевантните европейски документи за деинституционализация и живот в общността. The project provides for overhaul/reconstruction, renovation, provision of new technical facilities and implementation of energy efficiency measures in 3 sites of the social infrastructure of Sofia Municipality, which foresees the provision of five of the new social services in the community designated for Sofia in the map of support services in the community and family environment as follows: Day Support Center for Children with Disabilities and their Families, Day Care Centre for Support of Multiple Disabled Children and their Families, Centre for Public Support. The distribution of intervention sites by region shall be as follows: 1.Dr. Nadezhda-j.k. Nadezhda, 23 Sava Filaretov Str. (The Building of former DSDLG "Ass. Zlatarov") — 2nd floor and 32.r. Mr. Poduyane-j.k. Hadji Dimitar, 1 Baba Vida Str. (former Sofia University "Kn. Boris I)-floor 4, underroof3. Gorna Banya, 2 Hristo Stefchov Str. (former home for children “Hr. Botev”). The renewed infrastructure and the new material and technical base will contribute to the creation of new quality social services in the community, providing social support and inclusion. The services will enable active social inclusion of the representatives of the target groups, including: — children and young people with disabilities; — children and young people with permanent multiple disabilities; — children and families at risk, through social and psychological counseling, prevention (from abandonment, dropping out of school, etc.), support for the reintegration of children removed from family environment, training in skills for independent living and social integration of children accommodated in resident services, etc. All technical parameters of the upcoming works and new equipment designed to provide the material and technical basis, necessary for the creation of the new services are in full compliance with the functional requirements and guidelines for the construction of the infrastructure and relevant European documents for deinstitutionalisation and life in the community developed and approved by MLSP. Le projet prévoit la révision/reconstruction, la rénovation, la mise à disposition de nouvelles installations techniques et la mise en œuvre de mesures d’efficacité énergétique sur trois sites de l’infrastructure sociale de la municipalité de Sofia, qui prévoit la fourniture de cinq des nouveaux services sociaux dans la communauté désignée pour Sofia sur la carte des services d’appui dans la communauté et l’environnement familial comme suit: Centre de soutien de jour pour les enfants handicapés et leurs familles, Centre de garde pour le soutien des enfants handicapés multiples et leurs familles, Centre de soutien public. La répartition des sites d’intervention par région est la suivante: 1.Dr Nadezhda-j.k. Nadezhda, 23 Sava Filaretov Str. (Le bâtiment de l’ancien DSDLG "Ass. Zlatarov") — 2e étage et 32.r. M. Poduyane-j.k. Hadji Dimitar, 1 Baba Vida Str. (ancienne université de Sofia "Kn. Boris I)-étage 4, sous le toit3. Gorna Banya, 2 Hristo Stefchov Str. (ancienne maison pour enfants «Hr. Botev»). L’infrastructure renouvelée et la nouvelle base matérielle et technique contribueront à la création de nouveaux services sociaux de qualité au sein de la communauté, fournissant un soutien social et l’inclusion. Les services permettront l’inclusion sociale active des représentants des groupes cibles, notamment: — les enfants et les jeunes handicapés; — les enfants et les jeunes souffrant d’un handicap multiple permanent; — les enfants et les familles à risque, par le biais du conseil social et psychologique, de la prévention (de l’abandon, de l’abandon scolaire, etc.), du soutien à la réinsertion des enfants retirés de leur milieu familial, de la formation aux aptitudes à la vie autonome et à l’intégration sociale des enfants hébergés dans les services résidents, etc. Tous les paramètres techniques des travaux à venir et les nouveaux équipements destinés à fournir la base matérielle et technique nécessaires à la création des nouveaux services sont pleinement conformes aux exigences fonctionnelles et aux lignes directrices pour la construction de l’infrastructure et des documents européens pertinents pour la désinstitutionnalisation et la vie dans la communauté élaborés et approuvés par le MLSP.
