Projekt ,,Aktywizujemy, usamodzielniamy-1”skierowany jest do 55 os.w przedziale wiekowym 15-25 lat zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym tj.os.przebywających i opuszczających pieczę zastępczą zamieszkujących na terenie dwóch ościennych Powiatów:6 Gmin P.O.spoza MOF Olsztyn oraz P.N.Realizacją P objęte będą 2 gr.odbiorców:1)15 wychowanków pieczy zastęp.w wieku 15–16lat,którzy przygotowują się do usamodzielnienia.Gr.ta w szczególności wymaga wsparcia społecznego ukierunkowanego na podniesienie poczucia własnej wartości umożliwiającego podejmowanie wyzwań związanych głównie z nauką oraz nabycia kompetencji umożliwiających profesjonalne przygotowanie do wymogów obecnego rynku pracy.2) 40 os.w wieku 17-25 lat realizujących IPU.Wychowankowie opuszczający pieczę zastęp. mają ograniczone możliwości rozwoju osobistego i zawodowego.W zderzeniu z dorosłością,z koniecznością odnalezienia się na rynku pracy,wiele młodych ludzi wymaga działań wspierających.Celem P jest podniesienie poziomu integracji społecznej,edukacyjnej i zawodowej oraz ograniczenie marginalizacji 55 os.(29K,26M)zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym przebywających i opuszczających pieczę zastępczą z terenu 6 Gmin P.O.spoza MOF Olsztyn i P.N. w ciągu 28 m-cy.Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację różnych form aktywizacji społ.– zawod.wynikających z indywidualnej diagnozy oraz opracowanej ścieżki reintegracji dla każdej os. Działania aktywizacyjne podzielone zostały na 9 bloków tematycznych jak:wsparcie indywidualne w zakresie podniesienia kompetencji życiowych i umiejętności społ.,rozwój osobisty,trening zastępowania agresji,trening kompetencji wychowawczych,planowanie swojej kariery zawod.,indywidualne poradnictwo zawod.,szkolenia,staże,mieszkania treningowe,promocja zdrowia i aktywnego stylu życia.Efektem działań P będzie:poprawa jakości życia, nabycie lub zwiększenie umiejętności społecznych,kompetencji wychowawczych,umiejętności i kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz samodzielności w dorosłym życiu.
