Projekt jest skierowany do grupy 90os.(35K i 55M), z terenu powiatów: braniewskiego, elbląskiego, giżyckiego, iławskiego, mrągowskiego, nidzickiego, ostródzkieg, węgorewskiego, miasta elbląg , dotkniętych i zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym. Celem głównym projektu jest: zmniejszenie ubóstwa i włączenie społeczne poprzez wzrost aktywności społecznej i zawodowej osób wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Cele szczegółowe to: -Zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie osób wykluczonych lub zagrożonych wykluczaniem społecznym, poprzez realizację instrumentów aktywnej integracji. -Poprawa skuteczności i efektywności działań z zakresu integracji społecznej i zawodowej osób wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez realizację kompleksowego projektu we współpracy przedsiębiorstw oraz organizacji pozarządowych. Działania/zadania: •Indywidualna diagnoza uczestników projektu - Przygotowanie Indywidualnej Ścieżki Reintegracji(IŚR); •Wsparcie Doradcze, Psychologiczne, Coachingowe; •Przygotowanie oraz przeprowadzenie szkoleń zawodowych, •Działania związane ze stażami zawodowymi; Animacja lokalna uczestników. Grupę docelową w projekcie stanowią osoby zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym zgodnie z art. 7 ustawy z dnia 12 marca 2004 r. o pomocy społ. w wieku pow. 18 r.ż., pozostajacych bez pracy, w tym niezarejestrowane w PUP, długotrwale bezrobotne, bierne zawodowo, nieaktywne zawodowo. Efektem projektu będzie wzrost zatrudnienia oraz nabycie kompetencji przez uczestników projektu, pozwalające im na zmianę swojej sytuacji materialnej i społecznej. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to: reducing poverty and social inclusion by increasing social and occupational participation of those excluded and at risk of social exclusion. The specific objectives are to: —Increasing the employability of people excluded or at risk of social exclusion through the implementation of active inclusion instruments. —Improving the effectiveness and effectiveness of social and professional integration of people excluded and at risk of social exclusion by implementing a comprehensive project in cooperation between enterprises and non-governmental organisations. Activities/tasks: • Individual diagnosis of project participants – Preparation of an Individual Reintegration Path (PAI); •Advisory, Psychological, Coaching Support; • Preparing and conducting vocational training, •Activities related to traineeships; Local animation of participants. The target group in the project consists of persons at risk of social exclusion in accordance with Article 7 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance of the age of the population. 18 years old, who remain unemployed, including unregistered in the PUP, long-term unemployed, inactive, inactive. Le projet s’adresse au groupe de 90 personnes (35K et 55M), de la région du comté: Braniewska, Elbląski, Giżycki, Iławy, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Ostródzkieg, Vęgorewski, Elbląg City, victimes de la pauvreté et de l’exclusion sociale. L’objectif principal du projet est de: réduction de la pauvreté et inclusion sociale grâce à une participation accrue à la vie sociale et au travail des personnes exclues et exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale. Les objectifs spécifiques sont les suivants: —Accroître l’employabilité des personnes exclues ou menacées d’exclusion sociale au moyen d’instruments d’inclusion active. —Améliorer l’efficacité et l’efficience de l’intégration sociale et professionnelle des personnes exclues et exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale par la mise en œuvre d’un projet global en coopération entre les entreprises et les ONG. Activités/tâches: •Diagnostic individuel des participants au projet — Préparation du parcours individuel de réinsertion (SMI); •Soutien consultatif, psychologique, d’encadrement; •Préparation et conduite de la formation professionnelle, •activités professionnelles; Animation locale des participants. Le groupe cible du projet est celui des personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale conformément à l’article 7 de la loi du 12 mars 2004 sur l’assistance sociale à l’âge de l’espace. 18 ans qui sont sans emploi, y compris ceux qui ne sont pas inscrits auprès de l’OLP, les chômeurs de longue durée, inactifs et inactifs.
