Celem projektu jest włączenie społeczne i zawodowe 20 osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego (osoby bezrobotne z powiatu iławskiego,w tym z III profilem pomocy), podniesienie ich poziomu integracji społecznej, umiejętności ułatwiających samodzielne przezwyciężanie trudności, wzrost motywacji do zmiany swojej sytuacji społecznej i zawodowej.Wnioskodawca obejmie uczestników usługami aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym: zajęcia rozwijające samodzielność, współdziałanie w zespole, rozwijanie kompetencji społecznych,warsztaty komunikacyjne, wsparcie indywidualne i grupowe oraz aktywizacją zawodową: praca z doradcą zawodowym, poradnictwo zawodowe indywidualne, podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych (powrót na rynek pracy). Uczestnicy zostaną skierowani na szkolenie zawodowe, następnie na staż. Zespół specjalistów wspólnie z uczestnikiem na podstawie opracowanej diagnozy potrzeb określi kierunki szkolenia, biorąc pod uwagę również potrzeby rynku pracy i możliwości edukacyjne uczestników. Szkolenia będą związane z uzupełnieniem wykształcenia mające na celu uzyskanie zawodu lub zdobycie nowych kwalifikacji. Grupę docelową stanowić będzie 20 osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego (osoby bezrobotne z powiatu iławskiego, w tym osoby, dla których został ustalony III profil pomocy). Efektem projektu będzie włączenie uczestników w życie społeczne i zawodowe. Rezultat: 34% osób podejmie zatrudnienie. Produkty: 20 osób zostanie objętych wsparciem w projekcie, 20 osób ukończy warsztaty wzmocnienia kompetencji społecznych, 20 osób ukończy warsztaty komunikacyjne, 20 osób otrzyma poradnictwo indywidualne, 20 osób ukończy szkolenie i otrzyma zaświadczenie i/ lub uprawnienie, 20 osób ukończy staż i otrzyma zaświadczenie o odbytym stażu. The aim of the project is to include 20 people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion (unemployed persons from the district of Iławska, including the third aid profile), to increase their level of social inclusion, to facilitate their own overcoming difficulties, to increase the motivation to change their social and professional situation.The applicant will include active inclusion services of a social nature: classes developing self-reliance, teamworks, development of social competences, communication workshops, individual and group support and professional activation: working with a professional adviser, individual career guidance, improving professional competences (return to the labour market). The participants will be assigned to vocational training, followed by an internship. A team of specialists together with the participant, on the basis of the developed diagnosis of needs, will determine the training directions, taking into account the needs of the labour market and the educational opportunities of the participants. Training will be linked to supplementary education aimed at acquiring a profession or acquiring new qualifications. The target group will consist of 20 people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion (unemployed persons from Iławska county, including persons for whom the third aid profile has been established). The project will result in the inclusion of participants in social and professional life. Result: 34 % of people will take up employment. Products: 20 people will be supported in the project, 20 people will complete workshops to strengthen social competences, 20 will complete communication workshops, 20 people will receive individual guidance, 20 people will complete the training and/or certification, 20 people will complete the traineeship and receive a certificate of completed traineeship. L’objectif du projet est l’inclusion sociale et professionnelle de 20 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale (chômeurs du comté d’Iławski, y compris le troisième profil d’aide), afin d’accroître leur niveau d’inclusion sociale, leurs compétences pour surmonter les difficultés de manière indépendante, d’accroître la motivation à changer leur situation sociale et professionnelle. cours de développement de l’indépendance, coopération en équipe, développement des compétences sociales, ateliers de communication, soutien individuel et collectif et activation professionnelle: travailler avec un conseiller de carrière, orientation professionnelle individuelle, perfectionnement des compétences professionnelles (retour sur le marché du travail). Le projet permettra d’intégrer les participants à la vie sociale et professionnelle. Résultat: 34 % des personnes prendront un emploi. Produits: 20 personnes seront soutenues dans le projet, 20 personnes achèveront un atelier de renforcement des compétences sociales, 20 personnes termineront un atelier de communication, 20 personnes recevront des conseils individuels, 20 personnes achèveront la formation et recevront un certificat et/ou un droit, 20 personnes termineront le stage et recevront un certificat de stage.
