GRUPA DOCELOWA: 60os.(min.36 kobiet) zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w wieku 18-64lat,w tym os.z niepełnosprawnościami(min.3os.) oraz os.bezrobotne, które zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy znajdują się w trzeciej grupie osób(tzw.oddalonych od rynku pracy),zamieszkujących (w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego) gminy, których procent os.korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej jest wyższy niż średni procent os. korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej na terenie województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego,z wyłączeniem MOF Olsztyna. Osoby z grupy docelowej należeć będą do następujących podgrup: -Osoby długotrwale bezrobotne o ustalonym III profilu pomocy-min.18os., -Osoby bierne zawodowo-co najwyżej 42os. CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU: Wyższa aktywność społeczno-zawodowa oraz zwiększona zdolność do zatrudnienia wśród 60os.(min.36 kobiet) zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, o cechach zgodnych z grupą docelową. Osiągnięcie celu nastąpi w okresie:IV 2018r. do I 2019r. poprzez zapewnienie kompleksowych działań z zakresu reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej, wyznaczonych w opracowanej dla każdego uczestnika projektu ścieżce reintegracji. ZADANIA: 1) Diagnoza sytuacji problemowej, zasobów, potencjału, predyspozycji i potrzeb UP wraz z opracowaniem ścieżki reintegracji, 2) Poradnictwo psychologiczne, 3) Trening umiejętności społecznych, 4) Warsztaty aktywnego poszukiwania pracy, 5) Szkolenia prowadzące do nabycia, podniesienia, uzupełnienia lub zmiany kwalifikacji i/lub kompetencji zawodowych, 6) Staże zawodowe. EFEKTY DZIAŁAŃ: W ramach projektu: -min.18 os. uzyska certyfikaty, potwierdzające uzyskane kwalifikacje zawodowe, -min.15 os. będzie pracować po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie, -min.12 os. poszukiwać będzie pracy po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie. TARGET GROUP: 60person(min.36 women) at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, aged 18-64, including persons with disabilities(min.3persons) and unemployed persons, which according to the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions are in the third group of persons (so-called “departed” from the labour market), residents (under the meaning of the Civil Code), whose percentage of persons benefiting from social assistance is higher than the average percentage of social assistance benefits. The target group will belong to the following subgroups: —Long-term unemployed persons with established III aid profile-min.18persons, -passive persons at most 42 people. MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Higher socio-occupational activity and increased employability among 60 people (min.36 women) at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, with characteristics consistent with the target group. The target will be achieved in the period: IV 2018 to I 2019 by providing comprehensive socio-occupational reintegration activities, as set out in the reintegration path developed for each project participant. TASKS: 1) Diagnosis of problem situation, resources, potential, predispositions and needs of UP together with development of pathway of reintegration, 2) Psychological counseling, 3) Training of social skills, 4) Active job search workshops, 5) Training leading to acquisition, upgrading, supplementing or changing qualifications and/or professional competences, 6) Vocational internships. EFFECTS OF ACTIONS: Within the framework of the project: —min.18 pers. will obtain certificates confirming the obtained professional qualifications, -min.15 people will work after the end of participation in the project, -min.12 people will seek work after the end of participation in the project. GROUPE CIBLE: 60 personnes (au moins 36 femmes) menacées de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, âgées de 18 à 64 ans, y compris les personnes handicapées (min. 3 personnes) et les chômeurs qui, conformément à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et les institutions du marché du travail, font partie du troisième groupe de personnes (appelées «handicapées du marché du travail»), résidentes (au sens du Code civil) dont le pourcentage de bénéficiaires des prestations d’assistance sociale est supérieur au pourcentage moyen de bénéficiaires des prestations d’assistance sociale dans la province de Warmińsko-Mazurskie, à l’exclusion du MOF Olsztyn. Le groupe cible appartiendra aux sous-groupes suivants: —Chômeurs de longue durée ayant un troisième profil d’aide fixe-min.18 personnes, -personnes inactives — pas plus de 42 personnes. OBJECTIF PRINCIPAL DU PROJET: Augmentation de l’activité socioprofessionnelle et de l’employabilité accrue de 60 personnes (au moins 36 femmes) exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, avec des caractéristiques cohérentes avec le groupe cible. L’objectif sera atteint au cours de la période: IV 2018 à I 2019 par la mise en place d’activités globales de réinsertion socioprofessionnelle, définies dans le parcours de réintégration élaboré pour chaque participant au projet. TÂCHES: 1) Diagnostic de la situation problématique, des ressources, du potentiel, de la prédisposition et des besoins de l’UP, ainsi que le développement d’un parcours de réinsertion, 2) counseling psychologique, 3) formation des compétences sociales, 4) ateliers de recherche d’emploi actif, 5) formation conduisant à l’acquisition, à la mise à niveau, au complément ou au changement de qualifications et/ou de compétences professionnelles, 6) placement d’emploi. EFFETS DES ACTIONS: Dans le cadre du projet: —min.18 personnes obtiendront des certificats confirmant les qualifications professionnelles obtenues, -min. 15 personnes travailleront après l’achèvement de la participation au projet, -min. 12 personnes chercheront le travail après la fin de la participation au projet.
