Projekt:CENTRUM INTEGRACJI SPOŁECZNEJ ERKON realizowany w partnerstwie z PUP Elbląg,to kontynuacja prowadzonego w okresie IX’16-X’18 Elbląskiego CIS i CIS 50+ Cel:Podniesienie aktywn.społ-zawod 60(36K/24M) osób zagr.ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykl.społ,w tym ON(40/24-K i16-M)w tym o znacznym stopniu niep. z niepełnosprawnością int.i ze sprzężeniami(8/5K-3M),osób bezrob,nietakt.zaw,długot.bezrob(20/12K i 8M) okresie 23 miesięcy. Zadania:1.wieloprofilowa diagn(pogłębiona diagn.potencjału i deficytów w celu określenia indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji społ-zaw) 2.reintergacja społ-zaw(indyw.i grup.wsparcie psychologa,doradcy zaw,trenera pracy i coacha oraz specjalisty ds.aktwizacji społ-zawj;zdobycia kompetencji pracowniczych, próby pracy,szkolenia,zawodowe,zatrudnienie i monitoring pracy) 3.pracownie CIS-kontynuacja prowadzenia 3 pracowni(krawieckiej,opiekuńczej i komputerowej)i utworzenie 4-tej rzemiosł różnych- nauka pracy w pracowni,zdobycie nowych umiejętności zawodowych Grupa doc:60 osób(36 K i 24 M) zagr.ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykl.społ,w tym ON(40/24-K i16-M)bezrob.i nieaktywne zaw,długot.bezrob(20/12-K,8-M)III profil,15-64 lat.Proj.zakłada udział 40ON we wszystkich stopniach i z różnymi rodzajami niepełn(w tym 8 osób z niep.w st.znacznym,int,psychiczną,sprzężoną)i20(12K-8M) os.długot.bezrob.z Elbląga i pow.elbl. Rezultaty:efektywność społ.osób zagrożonych ubóstw.i wykl.społ(w tym os.lekkim i um.st.niep)i os.o znacznym st.niep,on intelek.on ze sprzęż-50%: efektywność zatrudnieniowa osób niepełnosprawnych o znacznym st.niepełnospraw.,z niepełnospr.intelekt.i sprzężonymi:12%; osób zagrożonych ubóstw.i wykl.społ(w tym os.lekkim i um.st.niep)-25%.20 UP uzyska kwalifikacje. Uczestnictwo w CIS powoduje zmianę także dla otoczenia uczestników-regularne uczestnictwo w zajęciach,podniesienie aktywności społeczno-zawodowe.Projekt opiera się na Modelu „WIEK GORĄCEGO ZIEMNIAKA”,który otrzymał I nagrodę w konkursie Komisji Europejskiej REGIOSTAR’13. Project:Social INTEGRACTION ERCON implemented in partnership with PUP Elbląg is a continuation of the Elbląski CIS and CIS 50+ in the period IX‘16-X’18. 20-12-8 non-scheduled, non-scheduled and non-scheduled, non-scheduled, non-scheduled, non-scheduled, non-scheduled, non-scheduled, non-scheduled, non-scheduled, non-scheduled, non-scheduled and non-scheduled. Results:efficiency of people at risk of poverty.and a group (including light and um.st.niep) and oss. with significant concentration,on intelek.on coupling-50 %: employability of disabled persons with significant disability issues, with an intellect and coupled:12 %; persons at risk of poverty and outreach groups (including minors and um.st.niep)-25 %.20 UP will be qualified. Participation in the CIS also results in a change for the participants‘environment – regular participation in activities, increasing socio-occupational activities.The project is based on the model “WORK of Hot GREEN” which received the first prize in the competition of the European Commission REGIOSTAR’13. Projekt:CENTRUM DE L’INTEGRATION SOCIALE ERKON mise en œuvre en partenariat avec le PUP Elbląg, est la continuation de la CIS Elbląg et de la CIS 50+ menées au cours de la période IX’16-X’18: activisme et occupation de 60(36K/24M) personnes qui risquent la pauvreté et/ou saignent, y compris ON(40/24-K i16-M) y compris les personnes gravement handicapées et les couplages(8/5K-3M), les chômeurs,pas ascendants,long.un chômage (20/12K et 8M) pendant une période de 23 mois. Zadania:1.wieloprofilowa diagn(profond diagn.potentiel et déficits pour déterminer la voie individuelle de réinsertion de la société) 2.internatation de la société (indyw.et groupes.soutien psychologue,conseillère inclusive,travailleur et formateur et spécialiste de l’activation sociale; acquisition de compétences des salariés, tentatives de travail, formation, formation professionnelle, emploi et suivi du travail) 3. soins et informatique) et la création de 4e artisanat divers — apprendre à travailler dans l’atelier, acquérir de nouvelles compétences professionnelles Doc:60 personnes(36 K et 24 M) risque de pauvreté et/ou qualificatif, y compris ON(40/24-K i16-M)chômage et inactive dans,profil (20/12-K,8-M)III, 15-64 ans.Proj.constitue 40ON participation à tous les degrés et avec divers types de personnes incomplètes (y compris 8 personnes avec immense,int,psychique,connecté) et 20(12K-8M) pour le chômage de longue durée avec Elbląg et Shellblel. Rezultaty:Efektywność de personnes à risque de pauvreté.et saignements (y compris la lumière et um.now) et les personnes avec st.niep significatif, sur intelek.on avec un couplage-50 %: l’efficacité de l’emploi des personnes handicapées présentant un handicap important, avec un handicap, avec un handicap sprzężonymi:12%; les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté.et les saignements (y compris les personnes légères et autres)-25 %20 UP seront qualifiés. La participation à la CEI entraîne également un changement pour l’environnement des participants — participation régulière dans les classes, augmentant l’activité socioprofessionnelle. Le projet est basé sur le modèle «WIEK HOT ZIEEMNIAKA», qui a reçu le 1er prix du concours RegioStar’13 de la Commission européenne. (French)
