Projekt skierowany jest do 14 K i 8 M w wieku 18-64 lat, w tym 2 osób z niepełnosprawnością, zamieszkujących teren powiatu szczycieńskiego, zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa lub wykluczenia społecznego, w tym osób bezrobotnych, wobec których zastosowanie wyłącznie instrumentów i usług rynku pracy jest niewystarczające i istnieje konieczność zastosowania w pierwszej kolejności usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, a także ich otoczenia w takim zakresie, w jakim jest to niezbędne dla wsparcia osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego objętych wsparciem. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie stopnia aktywności społecznej i zawodowej 14 kobiet i 8 mężczyzn, zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i/lub ubóstwem w wieku 18–64 lat, zamieszkujących teren powiatu szczycieńskiego w okresie od 1.12.2018 r. do 31.12.2019 r. W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika/czki wypracowany zostanie IŚR. Formy wsparcia: praca socjalna, wsparcie psychologa, poradnictwo specjalistyczne, warsztaty kreatywnego rozwoju, animacja społeczna i realizacja inicjatyw uczestników, warsztaty szyte na miarę, doradztwo zawodowe, wsparcie trenera pracy, kursy kwalifikacyjne i zawodowe oraz staże. The project is aimed at 14 K and 8 M aged 18-64, including 2 people with disabilities living in the area of the Steak district, at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including the unemployed, for whom the use of only labour market instruments and services is insufficient and there is a need, first of all, for active inclusion services of a social nature and their environment to the extent that it is necessary to support those at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion supported. The main objective of the project is to increase the level of social and occupational activity of 14 women and 8 men, at risk of social exclusion and/or poverty aged 18-64, residing in the area of the district of Stetsk in the period from 1.12.2018 to 31.12.2019. Forms of support: social work, psychologist support, specialist counseling, creative development workshops, social animation and implementation of participants’ initiatives, tailor-made workshops, professional advice, job trainer support, qualification and professional courses and internships. Le projet s’adresse à 14 K et 8 M âgés de 18 à 64 ans, dont 2 personnes handicapées vivant dans le district du Sommet, exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, y compris les chômeurs, pour lesquelles l’utilisation des seuls instruments et services du marché du travail est insuffisante et il est nécessaire d’appliquer en premier lieu des services d’inclusion active de nature sociale, ainsi que leur environnement, dans la mesure où cela est nécessaire pour soutenir les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale couvertes par l’aide. L’objectif principal du projet est d’augmenter le niveau de participation sociale et professionnelle de 14 femmes et 8 hommes exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale et/ou de pauvreté, âgés de 18 à 64 ans, résidant dans le district du Sommet entre le 1er décembre 2018 et le 31 décembre 2019. Le projet inclura le SGI pour chaque participant. Formes de soutien: le travail social, le soutien psychologique, le conseil spécialisé, les ateliers de développement créatif, l’animation sociale et la mise en œuvre d’initiatives des participants, les ateliers sur mesure, l’orientation professionnelle, l’aide à la formation professionnelle, la qualification et les cours professionnels et les stages.
