CEL:Aktywizacja społeczna i podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia 60(36K/24M)osób zamieszkujących w woj.warmińsko-mazurskim(w 100% mieszkańców gmin:Kalinowo,Prostki,Stare Juchy,Kruklanki,Miłki,Ryn,Wydminy,Kowale Oleckie,Świętajno,Wieliczki,Biała Piska,Orzysz,Pisz,Ruciane-Nida,Banie Mazurskie,Budry) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.poprzez skorzystanie z instrumentów aktywizacji społecznej,zawodowej i edukacyjnej dostosowanych do potrzeb UP w oparciu o indywidualną ścieżkę reintegracji w okresie 01.11.2017-30.11.2018. GRUPA DOCELOWA:60 osób(36K/24M) w wieku 18-64 lata,zamieszkujących w woj.warmińsko-mazurskim (w rozum.KC) w 100% mieszkańców gmin w subregionie ełckim,w których procent osób korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społ.jest wyższy niż średni procent dla województwa,zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa lub wykluczenia społ.,które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społ.,w tym: -osoby długotrwale bezrobotne,w tym os.dla których został określony III profil pomocy (zg.z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy)-min.30%UP tj.18os., -os.korzystające ze świadczeń pomocy społ.zg.z ustawą o pomocy społ.lub kwalifikujące się do objęcia pomocą tj.spełniające co najmniej jedną z przesłanek art.7 ustawy z 12 marca 2004r.o pomocy społ. -osoby z niepełnosprawnościami-min.10%UP tj 6os. ZADANIA: Diagnoza potrzeb,potencjału Uczestnika i opracowanie indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji Poradnictwo specjalistyczne Poradnictwo zawodowe Indywidualny jobcoaching Trening kompetencji i umiejętności społ. Szkolenia zawodowe 3-miesięczne staże EFEKTY: W projekcie założono, że: -dla 60os.zostanie opracowana indywidualna ścieżka reintegracji; -min.18osób uzyska kwalifikacje potwierdzone certyfikatem, -min.15osób podejmie zatrudnienie po opuszczeniu projektu, -UP, którzy nie mają przypisanego profilu,po zakończeniu projektu obligatoryjnie zostaną przypisani do profilu ustalonego przez PUP, o ile mogą podlegać takiej rejestracji. Target group:60 persons(36K/24M) aged 18-64, living in the Warmia-Mazurskie Voivodeship (in Intelligence.KC) in 100 % of inhabitants of municipalities in the Ełckie subregion, where the percentage of people benefiting from social assistance is higher than the average percentage for the voivodship, at risk of poverty or social exclusion, which require the social activation, including: —long-term unemployed persons, including persons for whom the third aid profile has been defined (referred to with the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions)-min.30 %UP i.e..18os., -persons benefiting from the social aid benefits społ.zg.z. with the Social Aid Act or eligible for aid, i.e. fulfilling at least one of the conditions of Art.7 of the Social Aid Act of 12 March 2004. —persons with disabilities-min.10 %UP i.e. 6persons. TASKS: Diagnosis of needs, potential Participant and development of an individual path of reintegration Specialised advice Vocational counselling Individual Jobcoaching Competence training and community skills. Vocational training 3-month internships EFFECTS: The project assumes that: —for 60 people, an individual path of reintegration will be developed; —min.18people will obtain qualifications confirmed by a certificate, -min.15people will take up employment after leaving the project, -UPs who do not have a profile assigned, after completion of the project will be obligatoryly assigned to the profile established by the PUP, if they may be subject to such registration. CEL:Aktywizacja et accroître l’employabilité de 60 personnes vivant dans la voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie(100 % des habitants gmin:Kalinowo,Prostki,Stare Juchy,Kruklanki,Miłki, Ryn, Dimes,Kowale Oleckie,Świętajno,Wieliczka,Biała Piska, Recysz,Pisz, Ruciane-Nida,Banie Mazurskie,Buddy) menacée de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale grâce à l’utilisation d’instruments d’activation sociale, professionnelle et éducative adaptés aux besoins de l’unité centrale sur la base de la voie individuelle de réinsertion au cours de la période allant du 1er novembre 2017 au 30.11.2018. Groupe cible: 60 personnes (36K/24M) âgées de 18 à 64 ans, résidant dans la voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie (au sens.KC) dans 100 % des habitants des municipalités de la sous-région Ełckie, dans lesquelles le pourcentage de bénéficiaires des prestations d’assistance sociale est supérieur au pourcentage moyen pour la voïvodie, menacé de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, qui nécessitent d’abord une activation sociale, y compris: — les chômeurs de longue durée, y compris ceux pour lesquels le troisième profil d’aide (relatif à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et les institutions du marché du travail) a été défini — 30 % de l’OLP, soit 18 personnes, les personnes bénéficiant de prestations d’aide au titre de la loi sur l’aide sociale ou pouvant bénéficier d’une aide, c’est-à-dire remplissant au moins l’une des conditions énoncées à l’article 7 de la loi du 12 mars 2004 sur l’assistance sociale. —personnes handicapées-min.10 %UP, c’est-à-dire 6 personnes. TÂCHES: Diagnostic des besoins, potentiel du participant et développement de parcours individuels de réinsertion Conseil spécialisé Conseil professionnel Formation professionnelle Formation de compétences et d’aptitudes de la société. Formation professionnelle stages de 3 mois: Le projet suppose que: — pour 60 personnes, un parcours individuel de réinsertion sera mis en place; —min.18personnes obtiendront des qualifications attestées par un certificat, -min.15personnes occuperont un emploi après avoir quitté le projet, — les UP qui n’ont pas de profil attribué, après l’achèvement du projet seront assignés au profil établi par l’OLP, s’ils peuvent être soumis à cette inscription.
