Projekt to wsparcie dla 99 osób (47K i 52M) po 29 roku życia, pozostających bez zatrudnienia, zamierzających założyć działalności gospodarcze, zamieszkałych w Olsztynie lub powiecie olsztyńskim, będących w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. osób w wieku od 50 roku życia, osób niepełnosprawnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiet i długotrwale bezrobotnych (wykształcenie, doświadczenie zawodowe, predyspozycje przedsiębiorcze i pomysł na biznes będą weryfikowane i oceniane podczas kolejnych etapów rekrutacji). Celem jest rozwój przedsiębiorczości przez rozwój kompetencji przedsiębiorczych, zmniejszenie barier finansowych i niefinansowych utrudniających rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej i prowadzenie nowozałożonych mikrofirm, i tym samym stworzenie stałego i stabilnego zatrudnienia dla 66 osób. Dla uczestników zaplanowano *warsztaty dotyczących założenia i prowadzenia własnej firmy(32h) *przyznanie 66 jednorazowych dotacji inwestycyjnych(nie więcej niż 6-krotność przeciętnego wynagrodzenia) *wsparcie pomostowe w postaci doradztwa po założeniu działalności gospodarczej (śr.10h/uczestnika) Kompleksowe wsparcie będzie miało decydujący wpływ na powstanie 66 nowych firm we wskazanych powiatach woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego. Podczas realizacji wsparcia szczególny nacisk będzie kładziony na rozwój umiejętności przedsiębiorczych pozwalających na samodzielnie założenie i prowadzenie mikrofirm przez uczestników, pozwalających na samodzielne zarobkowanie, tym samym na trwałe zakorzenienie w rynku i dalszy stabilny rozwój powstałych przedsiębiorstw. Uczestnicy będą gotowi do rozważania i podejmowania zmian w swoim życiu, bo to właśnie otwartość na zmiany ma być nowym mottem uczestników, gwarantującym elastyczność i umiejętność dostosowywania się do aktualnych trendów panujących na rynkach. The project provides support for 99 people (47K and 52M) after the age of 29, who are unemployed, intending to establish economic activities, residing in Olsztyn or Olsztyn County, who are in the most difficult situation on the labour market, i.e. people aged 50, disabled, low-skilled, women and long-term unemployed (education, professional experience, entrepreneurial predisposition and business idea will be reviewed and evaluated during the next stages). The aim is to develop entrepreneurship through the development of entrepreneurial competences, reduce financial and non-financial barriers to starting a business and running new micro-enterprises, thereby creating permanent and stable employment for 66 people. For participants there are planned *workshops concerning the establishment and running of own company(32h) *to grant 66 one-off investment grants (not more than 6 times the average salary) *bridge support in the form of advice after the establishment of business activity (mean.10h/participant) Comprehensive support will have a decisive impact on the creation of 66 new companies in the designated districts of Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship. During the implementation of the support, special emphasis will be placed on the development of entrepreneurial skills that allow for the establishment and operation of micro-enterprises by the participants, allowing them to earn their own profits, thereby permanently rooting in the market and the further stable development of the established enterprises. Participants will be ready to consider and make changes in their lives, because it is the openness to change that is supposed to be a new motto of participants, guaranteeing flexibility and ability to adapt to current trends in the markets. Le projet soutient 99 personnes (47K et 52 M) après l’âge de 29 ans, qui sont sans emploi, ont l’intention de créer des activités économiques, résidant à Olsztyn ou dans le comté d’Olsztyn, qui se trouvent dans la situation la plus vulnérable sur le marché du travail, c’est-à-dire les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, les personnes handicapées, les personnes peu qualifiées, les femmes et les chômeurs de longue durée (l’éducation, l’expérience professionnelle, la prédisposition entrepreneuriale et l’idée d’entreprise feront l’objet d’un examen et d’une évaluation au cours des étapes ultérieures du recrutement). L’objectif est de développer l’esprit d’entreprise en développant les compétences entrepreneuriales, en réduisant les obstacles financiers et non financiers à la création d’entreprises et en gérant de nouvelles microentreprises, créant ainsi des emplois permanents et stables pour 66 personnes. *Ateliers sur la création et la gestion de sa propre entreprise(32h) *octroi de 66 subventions ponctuelles à l’investissement (pas plus de 6 fois le salaire moyen) *Le soutien sous forme de conseil après la création d’une entreprise (10h/participant en moyenne) Le soutien global aura une influence déterminante sur la création de 66 nouvelles entreprises dans les districts indiqués de la voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie. Au cours de la mise en œuvre de l’aide, l’accent sera mis en particulier sur le développement des compétences entrepreneuriales permettant aux participants de créer et de gérer des micro-entreprises de manière indépendante, leur permettant ainsi de gagner de manière indépendante, ce qui permettra de s’enraciner de manière permanente sur le marché et de poursuivre le développement stable des entreprises créées. Les participants seront prêts à envisager et à apporter des changements dans leur vie, car c’est l’ouverture au changement qui est censée être la nouvelle devise des participants, garantissant flexibilité et capacité à s’adapter aux tendances actuelles du marché.
